vip codes?

I just found out what thae things were all about and so reistered etc. But now my mum has thrown away my codes for Zelda and Rouge squadron. Is there anyway to find out the codes without the cards? Or if anyone has them could they email me them on cpatey85@aol.com and I can probably prove Ive got em. Cheers
