Interesting way he has this phrased. "big difference" and "extra memory has allowed us" It sounds like he is comparing the system to another platform. Now, since the only other platform this new game is being released on (so far) is the DS, I would assume he is referring to the first devkits they started making the game on, which were purported to be cubes with the wiimote wired in.
So there you have it, defenitive proof that the Wii is going to have more horsepower than the Cube.
