It's interesting the way they threw "punching pedestrians" into the game.  Do skaters often punch pedestrians?

Not sure if skaters punch pedestrians, I'm too busy pushing them off cliffs.

The skaters or the pedestrians?
Why must all things be so bright? Why can things not appear only in hues of brown! I am so serious about this! Dull colors are the future! The next generation! I will never accept a world with such bright colors! It is far too childish! I will rage against your cheery palette with my last breath!

The ability to use bump maps to textures and anti-aliasing effects has made a big difference and the extra memory has allowed us to add more things to the screen - pedestrians, animations, destructibles, etc. – all the stuff that makes the game feel more alive.

Interesting way he has this phrased. "big difference" and "extra memory has allowed us" It sounds like he is comparing the system to another platform. Now, since the only other platform this new game is being released on (so far) is the DS, I would assume he is referring to the first devkits they started making the game on, which were purported to be cubes with the wiimote wired in.

So there you have it, defenitive proof that the Wii is going to have more horsepower than the Cube.

BTW, I see Rawmeat linked to this interview over at GoNintendo, hope it's driving a lotta traffic.
