If I remember correctly, Snake's Revenge was a game that was produced without the authority of the game's creator, Hideo Kojima.  It was made specifically for American audiences because we didn't get the real game, Metal Gear 2.  Snake's Revenge is not part of the series' canon.

The only one I can think of is Battletoads.  Imagine throwing live punches and kicks to beat up enemies.

Banjo-Kazooie would probably not work, unless you wanted to squat over and pretend you're shooting eggs from your rear.

Since we don't have the MSX in America, I guess I'll have to wait and see if the NES version of Metal Gear ever comes out.  Has anyone played it to know if it's any good?

This is about #3564 on my list of things to purchase, but I still hope to get it someday.

Hmm... It might be good, but what do I know?  I'm a newbie.

At least they can hopefully give us the two SNES games on VC somewhere down the road.

I bought Bonk's Adventure for the VC and liked it well enough, so I suppose I could give this a try, especially if it has a demo out by the time it releases.

Nintendo?  Is?  Doomed?

Oh wait, I'm thinking of that huge gap in sales that'll probably be erased any week now in Japan.

Too soon?

Nah, I bet it will be a while before it releases.

Wouldn't a list of games just been an endless list of shovelware titles like My Magic Pony Frisbee Frolic Adventure or 3000-in-One Happy Family Super Party Bonanza*?  Mixed in with a handful of titles that might have been interesting to gamers (but never purchased, ho ho).

*I don't know if these games actually exist on the Wii, but they probably do.

If you have something you'd like to contribute to the discussion, please do so without resorting to immature jokes.  Like any market leader, the Wii has a library consisting of both great titles and shovelware.  ~vudu

It'll probably be a while before we get a truly great release (Smash Bros., Super Mario Kart, etc) but at least if we keep getting two a week we can get through the crappy games and have the real ones we want sooner.

Nice to see two Virtual Console games for the second week in a row.  Hope they keep that up.

Casualizing/mini-game festing doesn't equal murder, only castration.

I think this was one of the first WiiWare games announced and I was hoping it would live up to its promise.  Oh well.

Nah, it'll be the same thing:  Use it once and forget it about it afterwards.

Coming up next:  DSi horse attachment.

17
Same here, but I'll consider it someday.  I always enjoyed the Strong Bad games they made...

Nintendo of America hates us... confirmed?

19
I just hope it's at least a little longer than the first one.

Well since it's only $9.99 - $12.49 I suppose I could give it a try.  Maybe I'll wait for more impressions to see if it has lasting appeal.

I'm glad to see that game is still around.  Seems like we went a while without hearing anything.

10 versus 5 versus 3.  Gee, you think Nintendo of America has given up trying to get more Wii users to go online?

I'm not sure Maxi, but I think it was the same title back at the October announcement.
