Nintendo Gaming / RE: FORCE FEEDBACK GYROS FOR THE REV---
« on: April 09, 2005, 07:21:44 PM »
A retractable cord wouldn't weigh that much. And if all you had to do was pull out a cord and plug it in to your rev. then battery life would be much of an issue.

The DS will definately win on the Japanese front, however, the US front will be a tough battle only because Nintendo loves Japan more than they love America.

It's not Nintendo, it's Pepsi.
Nintendo just doesn't have the big, fake breasts to flop around to sell Pepsi in America.
But it's not Nintendo's fault because that is the only way Pepsi knows how to sell their product here.

So do we bitch about the screens instead of just the game?

If an american version then those who have resgistered enough games could then buy it from nintendo.com. That way only those that are REALLY interested in the game could get and prevent an over-production of the game.

Nintendo Gaming / RE: What type of games should the Rev launch with?
« on: April 08, 2005, 01:54:33 PM »
Punch Out would add a nice touch to a launch line up.
What it really needs is 1 good game to show of all the fancy new bells and whistles (mario), 1 game to show off online (SSB), and  a must have (old school come back).
After that all Nintendo would need is 3rd party support and some good games waiting for you down the road. There would have to be at leaste 3 good march releases and stuff to have you waiting for E3 as far as 1st/2nd parties go.

That and a rumble would kill the battery if the controller was wireless.

I tried the pelican one and it made playing Mona's games on WW:T! pretty hard. However I just love the metal stylus that came with it!

Yeah Viewtiful Joe doesn't ave enough characters for a full fighting game.
At least we get VJ DS.
And isn't the Lego game comming out on GBA?
And the PSP is for chumps and their chumpettes.

It'd be the most hilarious thing if nintendo made a controller that was all the rumors put together.

I don't feel that this is really all that bad.

Ok, so I can expect:
1) Stacks of blank and used CD-R's
2) A cup of apple juice
3) Candy
4) A book entitled L'Empire De Napoléon
5) A mysterious pair of glasses
6) Empty candy wrappers

The grammer in this thread is atrocious! Lynne Trusse would have quite the fit.
