That's interesting for sure. I got a urge to swap my white laungh Wii for a black one about a year and a half ago when the last bundle that still had backwards compatibility released (the one that included Mario Kart Wii). Kind of glad I picked it up when I did since soon afterwards Nintendo stop producing Wii's that has the backwards compatibility. I actually lucked out and got the MK bundle sku for like $120 at Wal-Mart. They were running some sale I guess to make room for the NSMB bundle. I wouldn't be surprised if Wii's become increasingly difficult to find over the course of the next year.

Wow! That's a helluva deal for one of the absolute, best hardcore games on the E-Shop; must buy for sure.

Glad I got mine when I did. That case is freaking sweet.

Hey guys, just got my new 3DS. 33M from Atlanta, GA here. Big time Nintendo fan; discovered Nintendo World Report (and Radio Free Nintendo) back in early 2010 after becoming completely dissatisfied with IGN's Nintendo coverage. Anyway, so far I have: Mario 3D Kart, Zelda: OOT, Super Mario Land 3D, Steel Diver, Super Street Fighter 4, and Pilotwings. Plan on picking up several more games throughout the year. If you add me just send me a PM and include your FC and I'll do the same. Thanks!

Great article Pedro. I haven't played MK 7 yet but gotta say MK DS is still my fav...although I really enjoyed all the online content from MK Wii.

Just put my pre-order in for Xenoblade yesterday when I picked up my copy of Skyward Sword. Hopefully The Last Story will make its way to the US as well.

Sure it's more of the same in many ways but I can never get enough Mario Kart.  :D Plus it's nice to see that the online portion is actually more robust this time around.
