MAN VS. WILD
« on: July 10, 2007, 05:41:16 PM »
Possibly the greatest show ever (not an understatement) is being aired on Discovery channel. The few precious hours I care to watch T.V. seem to always have this playing and it's great!

Check it out seriously!

You know I saw the marathon that was on the other day for it and it was a very interesting show. The guy who hosts it is crazy.

Holy crap....no lol. I saw when he jumped into a freezing cold river and had to get to a hot springs in 15 mins or else he would die. Oh and I saw him jump off a cliff to test a line he made that would catch him incase snow gave out under his feat.

I saw em eat a goats eye =D

That's why I love this show, especially when he eats something. He looks like such a savage; it's halarious!

I saw him drink a canister of his own urine cause he had to recycle his fluids or dehydrate in the 100% humid Australian outback.

Lol yeah that's what does it for me too I think. I've never seen someone so happy over eating a goats eye but hey you gotta do whatcha gotta do to live =)

I give the guy amazing props for doing some of the most insane things I've ever seen on a TV show all for the sake of teaching us how to survive.

Hmmm . . . I smell a Wii game! "Man vs Nature: Wii Edition"

*QUICKLY WAGGLE THE REMOTE TO CLIMB UP THE CLIFF!*

*Swipe with your Wiimote to cut out the goats eye!*

*Use the Wiimote in a drinking fashion to drink your urine*

Come on it practically sells itself!

If they do make a survivor game that does nothing except tell you how hungry, tired, and injured you are as you roam around areas of immense beauty and danger, I'll buy it in a second. Of course they'll have to let you interact with everything, basically creating the world over.

I always wondered what he thought about vegetarians or stories about cannabilism. Like would he ever resort to eating another human?
