I would of rathered the fighting game, but a updated version of the neo geo game should be good

Nothing beats the Pokémon Trading Card Game videogame. A videogame of a card game based on a videogame.

Well, tech wise at least it'll be done some justice now.  On one hand I can see why some would rather it be a fighter, but on the other hand, SvC Chaos wasn't exactly the defining moment of SNK either.  At least the original NGPC game was good so theorically this can't get any worse.

I've played a card-based racing game before. It was a board game and I don't remember its name.
