Oh My.

The Terror Squad is in the building!!

What is not to fear here!?

I'm guessing that is the Shotgun proof armor. And maybe they are also carrying some anti-Hobo spray too.

I gotta say that they were pretty inventive with the kills though.

right before they got repetitive again.

As if the Terror Squad wasn't WTF enough...

I might have missed what was actually funny in this scene had I not paused it to screen capture.
& yes....1/2 of the Terror Squad is wrestling with a Giant Octopus. But it looks like they had previously took out Abe, Jesus & The Easter Bunny.

Well, now that that is over, one thing is for sure....

There will not be a sequel.

Can't really say this was the best movie for some MFT material and even though I probably wasn't in the best mind set to really make fun of this movie, most of the material didn't really work well anyway.

Can I suggest a non-horror cartoon?

I mean, I watch bad movies with friends every week. We have literally wiped out almost all of the imdb bottom 50. However, this cartoon might have killed one of our numbers had she not dropped out.

The Legend of the Titanic.

We did The Titanic: The Legend Goes On before it (which is infamous for a sequence in which a dog raps), but this was much worse.

Also, The Legend of the Titanic has a sequel...which defies reason when you think about the Titanic being...sunk. We did the sequel this week. It has a great many things that boggle the mind.

OMG I have got to watch that movie.

It's PARTY TIME!!!

It's like Fivel decided to join Speedy Gonzalez's cousins on a ship ride across the atlantic with that rat from Ratattouie while some Scottish Terrier decides to bust a move while spittin' a rap.

Now if that ain't MFT material, then I don't know what is.

Keep in mind, there are three movies in play here:

Titanic: The Legend Goes On - This one has the rapping dog and is essentially the plot of every Disney movie ever - on the Titanic. It is dumb.

The Legend of the Titanic - Nobody dies (that was "a myth"). They're saved by a...well I better not spoil that "grand reveal." It is unparalleled in stupidity. The plot involves "worldwide exclusive whaling rights," as if a single person could give someone that.

Tentacoolio - The Legend of the Titanic became paralleled in its stupidity by its sequel. It involves submarines, underwater warfare, and Atlantis.

It even starts out like Cinderella on a train or something

Evil Step Mother and some wicked ugly step sisters.

A little bit of Cruella De'ville is present too

She comes complete with 2 henchmen too.

What aren't they gonna rip off in this!?

Is that Jessica Rabbit walking 2 Dalmations?

Now I will be disappointed if there aren't any "midgets" in this movie... approximately 7 of them.

Holy ****!
"I tawt I taw a Puddy Tat!?"

Is that freaking Granny right there!? You've got to be kidding me.

& I would swear that I recognize this goose too.

Gilbert Goosefrey? or maybe that goose that sells popcorn and cookies.

And this crow reminds me of that crow from that other mouse movie.

the one where they are losing their home.

I'm not even 10 minutes into the movie and look

"Undalay Undalay ariba ariba yeehaa!!!"

It's speedy gonzales y los hombres

Where did they get most of the caharacters for this movie....

Why that is elementary my dear watson... elementary.

I guess I started MFT-ing it right away.

It's just too perfect not to.

So many celebrity knockoff cameo appearances. It's like watching the shows out in Vegas.... only these knockoffs have no idea that they are poor copies of much greater originals.

Halloween is coming up and what better way to celebrate than to have a horror movie marathon.

There are 31 days in October, so we should make a list of 31 GOOD Horror movies to watch
and alternately a list of 31 "so bad it entertaining" movies to watch too.

Once October rolls around, we can pick and choose which list to choose from, but we should have more than enough options to fill out the 31 Days of October
Now you don't have to necessarily MFT the movie (unless you want to) but some comments about it would be great.

We have 10 days to fill these list, and then 31 days to go through it, so let's get started.

31 Good Horror Movies:
1.
2.
3.
4.
5.
...

31 Bad Horror Movies:
1.
2.
3.
4.
5.
...

You could fill up the "Bad Horror Movie" list with just the "Friday the 13th" series. :P

Good Horror Movies:
1.From Beyond
After I saw this movie I felt that it gets the closest of any movie to Lovecraft's idea of stuff that is so impossible/crazy/bad that it makes you go insane.

2.  In the Mouth of Madness.
John Carpenter movie with a strong influence from Lovecraft.

3.The Blob
Everyone at least knows about The Blob.

4.Creepshow
A gathering of short horror stories with famous actors in quite a few of them.  I particularly love "The Crate"

5. Halloween
No shitty remakes here.  Only 1 and 2.  After that they don't exist  :-X

6.

Bad Horror Movies:
1.  Jack Frost.
A killer snowman.  In one scene Jack is the water a girl is bathing in.  He solidifies and.. well, does stuff.

2.  Jason X.
Almost so bad it's bad but the IN SPAAACE setting can't help but make it ridiculous enough to be fun.

3.Leprechaun in the Hood.
Leprechaun in Space is just as ridiculous but with Jason X on here I don't want to play out IN SPAAAACE  .

That was in the Theaters the same time as Spider-man was.  A friend and I went to see Spider-Man but couldn't get in till a later show so we watched this movie before it.  I had gotten the kill count before hand from IGN.  It was literally my friend and 3 other people in the theater.  We poked fun at that movie and kept the official death toll through the whole thing.  Was a blast because of how bad it really is.

Monster Squad.

A group of kids has to fight a group of famous movie monsters led by Dracula.  I can barely remember anything except when they kick the wolfman in the balls and say "The wolfman has nards!"
Definitely fits the bill though.

Yeah Jason X was filled with self parody, which made it great, i love the sleeping bag scene.  on monster squad "wolfman has nards" is a classic line. Also kids scared of Germans, and they don't know what a virgin is.

Good Movies

09. Gremlins
10. Gremlins 2

If I hadn't been terrified of the Gremlins back when I was a kid and hadn't actually seen the movie (all the merchandising made toy stores into psychological mine fields, let me tell you; imagine walking around the corner of an aisle at Toys Я Us and coming face to face with a figurine of something from your nightmares), I don't think I'd even think of it as a horror movie at all.  I like to tell people it's my favorite Christmas movie.  And the sequel is just a comedy.

True, the 2nd one is not a horror movie at all.

But the first one was definitely a horror movie, it just wasn't scary (unless you are a child with an active imagination).

But either way I'm trying to get to 31 movies in both list, so until I over run the list, I'm not gonna be too picky on what is or isn't exactly a horror movie for now.

Oh wow, I just re-read this entire thread from the beginning (boredom).

There were some good laughs in there specifically from Brood & Zap (I made myself laugh a few times too).

Still waiting on Halbreds Audio for Raptor Island and no one ever watched The Thing (new prequel comes out this month) or Big Trouble in Little China either.

Now if we could get 6 people to each watch 5 different movies(1 per week) from the lists over the month and comment on them, then we will pretty much hit that 31 days, 31 movies goal for Halloween.

Actually that's exactly what we should do.

Finish filling out the list, and then everyone can choose a movie(or 5 depending on how many people participate) they want to watch. Then they can post the MFT/Review/Commentary/whatever on a specific day. And we can do that for everyday leading up to Halloween.

example - I choose Scariest Movie & Bloodfest 2012
I am assigned to post on Oct. 5th & Oct. 12
I can watch them now and create my post now if I feel like or wait till closer to the date, but I wouldn't post the first movie until the 5th and the second until the 12th.

Is anyone down for that?
