Has it already been a whole year? Oh wait, no, I'm jumping the gun. Ah well, kill me if you must.

My choice, at least for now, is Mujoe from the Bomberman series. I think he is also known as Armor Joe in the U.S., but that may just be the name of the ship in Bomberman Generation. He's also the buffoon of a host/end boss in the Smash Bros-like import, DreamMix TV. I knew I had seen the charcter before when Ty showed me that game, but I couldn't place him at the time. This is an odd choice for me, since I'm not a huge Bomberman fan, but this guy is too crazy to pass up!

This was the first game I had to work to beat.

I remember clearly the first time I ever made it to this boss. I had just beat Metal Sonic for the first time. I had one life left and no rings. I saw the giant robot and I was all "OH ****". I ran up, jumped to attack him, and hit the spikes on his hand, killing myself.

I also think that was the first time I threw my controller in frustration.

Favorite game, cool end bosses.

Clearing the floor, walking to the end of the screen. Drums kick in a familiar theme, and all of a sudden the dragon twins burst though the door. After a speech you get dragon kicked into oblivion, and the last boss turns out to be a nerd. Good times.

I went with Wario because he fits with my previous avatar. And he's awesome. His end boss appearance isn't one of my top favourites, but it was fun, and I liked how he used Mario's powers against him.

In photoshop: Right click on the eraser button and choose "magic eraser." Then click on the white.
In Microsoft Word: Paste the image into word, bring up the picture toolbar, and choose "set transparent color." The only problem with this is that any white on Ganon would also become transparent, so if you put a background underneath it would come through. Sometimes you can use the paint bucket tool in Paint to put a strange color in the background so it won't effect the character, but depending on the type of picture or quality you may not be able to do this.

If you want to just put the "PGC grey" as the background, then take a print-screen snapshot and use the dropper tool in either Paint or Photoshop and fill in the background.

Take advantage of the save for web feature of photoshop. You can set your image to be photoshop transparent, then when you go to save for web as a gif, it will do a lot of the work for you.

Also, you can use a png if you want true alpha transparency that looks freaking sweet. It will show up in all the 'real' browsers our there...

I tried both the magic wand and changing it to PNG format. I still see the white background.

EDIT: Funny thing is, I used to use a Megaman avatar, and there was no visable background there. How odd. I must have gotten stupider in the past year.

Changed my avatar. Still not an end boss, but a kickass boss (that should be in the next SSB)

Vudu: (Arbok's may not work, it's acting strange) Now I know that you just want the "PGC grey" as your background, so here!

I wasn't sure if you wanted to add you own background or not, but if you don't, it's easier to just put the grey in the background of your pic.
