Less than a month away...

We're less than a month away and we still don't have details on the pricing of the Wi-Fi USB Adapter or how it will be sold (by itself, with Mario Kart, etc..)...

What is going on?!?! </Xander>

Nintendo wi-fi dongle

In Japan, the device will sell for 3500 yen ($31 USD) and for roughly £30 ($52 USD) in the United Kingdom. Nintendo has yet to confirm as to when the USB device will be available for the US market, or for what price.

...

When contacted about details on the USB dongle in the United States, Nintendo told Revolution Report that "unfortunately, [they] do not yet have price or release date information for the USB adapter."

Yeah, yeah, yeah... I know all that... I'm just surprised that there's been nothing concrete for the US market.

The OS prices don't help much... $30 and $50 are two completly different price points...

See the 'Wal-Mart" post for info on this, but...

"IGN: Why will the Wi-Fi USB adapter only be available through Nintendo.com and not retailers?

Beth Llewlyn:The feeling initially was that a lot of people were either going to have a wireless router at home or would have the ability to go to a McDonald's and have access in a number of ways, so we decided to make it initially available on Nintendo.com and just see how it goes. "

Did I miss this one being officially announced?

Going by experience that means it'll cost 20-30$ in the US.
