Got mine at GameStop (NE Philly). I spent the whole morning calling places and that's the only one who got the darn game. Well, actually 2 other stores told me that they didn't go through the UPS shipment yet and they thought that it was in there, which means y'all get tomorrow the latest.

Nintendo Gaming / I am a 31 year old new GC owner

Welcome ! I'm a 26 y/o gamer, married with 2 kids and I still play videogames. Probabaly for 2 or 3 more console generations at least. I actually can't even wait until my kids are a bit older (2 y/o and 3y/o) to beat the crap out of them playing games. The oldest one (3 y/o) is already playing Burnout accelerating and turning prettty good.
Don't worry about EA leaving us w/out sports games. The problem with the GameCube is that there are NOT enough sports games fans to support 2 major franchises but since Sega Sports is gone, EA will see more sales/profit in GameCube since they have no competition and they wil NOT leave.

PS : friggin cool !!! While typing this post I've seen for 1st time the Zelda:WW commercial Q

Nintendo Gaming / Gettin' Cube...finally!
« on: February 21, 2003, 04:24:16 AM »
Well, you can buy yor Cube, get Metroid Prime, pre-order Zelda:WW and get Zelda: Oot/Master Quest for free which means that for $ 164.99 you can walk out of there with your brand new shiny Cube and 3 games (and some demo videos ) and still have 1 more game to pick up next month with $ 34.99 more.

I should work at EB or one of those places... LOL...

That's a sweet deal if you ask me.

Driver 3 ???  I CAN NOT WAIT [period]

The original Driver was one of my favorites titles of all time... yes, I'm that much into car games and I know I own the wrong home console for that but I'll stick with it and see what happens...

I've just read the mod.'s thread about stealing from other sites. I'm not sure if that's what I did and if it was wrong. If it was, I apologize and this thread can be edited/deleted .

Check it out. Pretty cool... it's awesome especially for Europeans since the game will be released soon, but it's pretty cool for us too, even if we can just go to BlockBuster and rent/play the real game (if you don't own a copy).

Nintendo Gaming / What makes 2003 a big year for Nintendo?
« on: February 08, 2003, 04:39:45 PM »
I'm also looking forward : (besides Star Fox, F-Zero, Zelda: WW, Mario and Mario Kart)

Zelda OoT/URA
Ikaruga
Splinter Cell
Burnout 2
SOUL CALIBUR 2 !!!!!!!!!!
Colin McRae 3
Driver 3
Automodellista (if it really comes out)
ONLINE GAMES SHOWN ON E3 (watch...)

That's about 15 games in the next 10 months which is roughly about 1 game every 20 days NOT including the ones I'll rent because I don't feel like paying $50 for some titles. Starting next month... it'll be non-stop gaming.

F-Zero was one of the 3 main reasons I bought a GameCube, and I know it won't disappoint me...
