IS THIS NOV 21 OFFICIAL?

I've gone to the actual forums at Nintendo, and they're saying don't believe anything anyone else says, and that we have to wait for the next board meeting before they announce the date. Can anyone here assure me that this price ($150) and date (nov. 21) is official?

I already replied to the NOA thread and to your messages in Talkback.  You guys are hilarious.  And yeah, considering IGN and several other major sites put up the news at the exact same time and Nintendo had a teleconference just hours later, and put the news on their own website.... I'd think people at their forums would have this figured out by now.
