Quote
BATAVIA, N.Y. (AP) — A western New York woman who's accused of punching a 70-year-old WalMart greeter in the face on Christmas Eve is about to stand trial.

Jacquetta Simmons was charged with two counts of felony assault but one of those was reduced last week to a misdemeanor.

Nevertheless, the 26-year-old faces up to seven years in prison after being charged under New York state's "Granny Law." The law makes it a felony to injure someone 65 or older if the defendant is at least 10 years younger than the victim.

Simmons is accused of knocking Grace Suozzi off her feet with a blow to the face while Suozzi was checking her receipt. Simmons' lawyer says Suozzi grabbed her bag.

Jury selection starts Monday in Genesee County Court in Batavia.

KMart can't afford greeters. Last time I was actually in a KMart, they could only afford a skeleton crew. It was really sad.

I went to a Kmart about a month ago because someone said on a video on youtube that Kmart has great deals on clearanced video games and he showed off a bunch he got that were $10 or even $5 so I went there and the ones I seen were like $15 or $20 which wasn't that impressive. I guess it just varies from store to store.

Perhaps if we visited the Kmart where Oblivion works at he can cut us in on some killer deals?

I actually work at Electronics and we do in fact have someone who greets, but it's so they can do a survey. It's pretty shitty, but it's what. Corporate wants.

What's worse, if I don't get at least one person a week to sign up for a credit card, they start cutting my hours. It's pretty bad.

And sure, I have the power to override the retail price and make it whatever I want. ;)

Yeah, thats from Sears.  I was working for Sears when they went to buy KMart and then KMart liquidated assets and bought Sears.  At that time Sears had there stuff together and was looking promising.  As soon as Kmart took over things went down hill really fast.

i got into k-mart and i can just run off a list of things they are doing wrong. As much as people hate Walmart, at least they know how to run an evil corporation the right way.

Once when I was working at K-Mart, we had a snowball fight indoors.
