Oh, well... yes, perhaps.

The first Chronicles was a mixed affair, at best.

The ending begs for a sequel, but it would seem that Bioware might have abandoned the series.

They will cling to any excuse not to support Nintendo hardware. Another case in point would be how they wouldn't bring Generations to the Wii on the basis that the Wii doesn't support HD, as if a standard definition version of that game couldn't have been done. With the Wii U they no longer have that excuse, so they had to find another one.

I'm still expecting Generations to hit the Wii U since Sonic games sell the best on Nintendo platforms and it'd be easy to have a port ready for the Wii U launch.  It'd be the cheapest and easiest money Sega could make off the Wii U right away.  Of course Sega isn't well known for making good business decisions so maybe I shouldn't bet on it. :-\

The angle I'm working on this year is that Reggie will lead the journalists around the show floor and throw them at various 'enemies'

I predict Nintendo will unveil the first 3DS revision, which will incorporate a larger battery as well as the CPP integrated by default. Other possibilities include a larger screen, and perhaps analog sticks as opposed to the circle pads. But whether they keep the circle pads or move towards the more popular sticks, either way the important thing is that there be two.

WHOA. Wait, you think there's going to be a STARFOX game at E3? That's nuts.

However, I would fully support the Grinder for Wii and Wii U. That game looked effin' badass.

All stuff that has been announced and leaked before E3. Are there any surprises left? Same situation with Sony.

Nintendo's conference will be a complete surprise to everyone. With the Nintendo Direct on Sunday, and the Developer Roundtable on Tuesday night, we should all be in for a treat.

I wish Sony and Microsoft did stuff like this.

I don't. Its good that Nintendo steals the hype at E3 year after year. If you are a true "tendoboy" you would agree.

Yeah, but now the Xbox and PlayStation fanboys have no surprises to look forward to. Most of the big games for those systems have been leaked / announced already.

Well there is the durango being announced at Microsoft's press conference. Major Nelson is having an interview Monday with a dev who currently is only working on a game for PC,tablets and next gen game system. Also someone has pointed to a bologna teasing Alan Wake 2 which is mostly a next gen game.

 http://thishouseofdreams.blogspot.com/?m=0

And most of it is bound to leak as Microsoft and Sony usually have a few people come to them before E3 and go over what will be there expect a few stuff like the xbox 360 slim in 2010 and Halo 4 last year.  Microsoft and Sony really don't need E3 as much as nintendo does.

Plus While Nintendo not showing anything may just blow us away when they do there really is the off chance that the wii u is kind of Meh.

off chance that the wii u is kind of Meh.

That was the reaction to its unveiling at last year's E3. That was why their stock dropped because investors weren't impressed by it and didn't think it was very innovative. There was also a lot of disappointment among the online fan community as well, but there mainly because the name and appearance were so similar to that of the Wii and there wasn't really any games shown off.

This year will hopefully different because hopefully there will be a lot of software to show off for it, unlike the tech demos we saw last year.

After watching the pre E3 Nintendo Direct.  I'm sure we all know what 90% of the show is going to be about.  Wii U.  I was actually looking forward to 3DS though.

Nintendo keeps surprising me at how aggressive they can be when they want to be. Poor 3DS, being put in a corner...

Oh ho ho ho! We were all wrong! Nintendo conference was so boring and lackluster this year. Too much Reggie, and Iwata was nowhere to be found.

Iwata's "Nintendo Direct" videos did a much better job at explaining the Wii U.

And I'm still upset that there was absolutely no info on Nintendo Network, friend codes, etc. Where was the bomb Nintendo? You never dropped it!

On the plus side, I do like the whole "Miiverse" social network service. It's like Twitter and Facebook Nintendo-style.
