I was going to point out TYP but it seems he changed his avatar...

That one was such a mistery, is the only time Ive seen Iwata taller than someone else, and Iwatas head was huge compared to TYP's.

Bill actually looks a lot like me in that picture. Not a whole lot like me, but surprisingly similar.
I think it's mostly the eyes (very similar) and that expression he's making. I make that expression a lot, particularly in pictures.
