I just dont like PRG's. Playing this only re-enforced it for me.
All I am saying is I dont get how people can find this fun. It just does nothing for me. I couldnt possibly be more bored.

To those who like it, all the power to you. I truly hope it is all you could ask for.

Ian, you just cant argue with the facts. With the penis comes great responsibility, most men (myself included) cannot handle the burden of such responsibility. I know my penis has been the sole cause of many of my misfortunes.

I honestly dont care what you like or dont like Bill. You like it, enjoy it. I dont dislike others opinions, I just dont nessasrily understand them. I make a living trying to spot trends, and the reason i always run into you, is that, you always seem to be bucking that trend. No hard feelings at all. We can simply agree that we may be the two most non alike people on the planet.

I dont believe that for a minute. People have every chance to play Nintendo games, many have played them on previous NIN systems. Nintendo games are well known, they just dont draw the same interest they once did. The same goes for many movie style, clothing ect. Times change.

if you are referring to me, I am not talking about a specific game. Not all games are for everyone. I just think when someone says "all EA's games suck", that they are being a little biased.

For your info, I hit .359 in my final year of University. In 40 games, I hit 12 homers, drove in 39, and stole 17 bases.
As for Nintendo, I dont think they have INNOVATED in a long time.

All I am saying is that when people rag EA or MS everyone here thinks its a great time to pile on.  Yet someone says they hated WW and they get thrown to the wolves.
I just find it laughable is all.

Really Ian, what has been innovative this generation?
Almost nothing.
Ea makes a great sports game that is a blast to play, it is their bread and butter. MVP baseball 2004 is my favorite game I own right now, not because of any innovation, but because it feels like real baseball. Remeber not everyone is after something new and original all the time.

Again, lets put words in everyones mouths.
You can go to almost any gaming site on the net and find loads of people who love EA games.
Justr because YOU dont like them doesnt make them bad, or boring or what ever the hell else you want to call them.
You guys seem to think you are the be al,l end all authority of video games, guess what, your not.
Nintendo is in last place in north america because the majority of gamers prefer playing other companies games. To these people Nintendo games are not as much fun as say, Ea's games. That is why EA sells the most games. People like what they have to offer. Get over yourselves.

I have cables that cost more than what you are willing to spend.
I just bought a yamaha RX-V2400  that I use as a pre-amp for my 4 Crown XLS-402A amps in a 7.2 (2 velodyne cht 12 inch subs) HT set-up.
Add in a sweet 24 bit Arcam CD player a Denon DVD and now you are talking Audiophile/videophile.

Anyhow, 5.1 recievers are quite cheap now as many people (audio-video nuts like myself) make the switch to 7.1 and up.

I for one, think the majority of EA's games, are much more fun than anything I have played made by Nintendo this year. Sales tell me I am not alone.
I love all the EA bashing that goes on around here, it really couldnt be any funnier. A bunch of know it all wanna be game critics.  Most EA games sell well, andmost review extremely well. Maybe its you guys who just dont get it?

I dont care, and I really couldnt be bothered. I wanted to try the New ESPN football game at the recommendation of someone on this forum (I cant recall who?). I was going to the mall anyhow (picking up saving private ryan DTS version I had special ordered) and I couldnt stand either of those 2 games, so I figured why not.

nor do I. I am guessing profitability may have a 20 year timetable in the video game market for them. I am guessing a number closer to 10 years would be correct.

Like it or not, online console play is catching on, even if people must pay for it. The trick to all out acceptance will be making it as simple as connecting the console to the TV.

not just live, the x-box project as a whole.

MS is starting to succeed with x-box IMO, and I honestly think they could have a huge next gen as a result. Gates, love him or hate him, is a brilliant man who knows how to succeed when others think he cant.
Will MS re-coup the 2 billion, only time will tell. For all we know it may be a 20 year timetable for a return on investment to them.
I for one would not bet against MS.

I have no beef at all with paying to play console games online.

As for MS and their 2 billion dollar investment. It may yet pay off in the end, it may not. Thus is the nature of business. He who takes no risks will never know the true meaning of success.

Why on earth would anyone hate a freaking plastic box that is full of wire, solder and whatever the hell else the jam in there.
They are only games. Why do people take them so seriously? I find it very ironic, that Nintendo gamers claim that nintendo games are the most fun, yet they apper to be the most unhappy people I have ever encountered.

conflicting opinions sure do threaten you, dont they mouse.
Just because you love wearing the Nintendo dress doesnt make everything they do correct. Ian as a consumer has every right to complain. I for one think he is much more objective than you, and presents his arguments very thoroughly. You on the other hand have become a repetative Nintendo puppet.

I am done with site. Nothing here of any value to me anymore.
