Why doesn't Mailbag get a Talkback thread?

This has been bugging me for a while.  There are things in the mailbag that I like to talk with the other forums members about.  Like in this one how Miyamoto actual took a jab at the Stock holder thingy that just got translated at the Animation Studio, which indicates that's probably has been axed.  Lots of little things that I like to discuss with other people and I think that be the most appropriate place.  Just was wondering whether it was technical or that there was a reasoning behind it.
