Is it too soon for 3rd Parties to jump on the Wii2 bandwagon? I guess a few people may have decided to not repeat the mistakes of the past.

Geez, only one of those undisclosed games is actually coming to the Wii2. Looks like Nintendo is getting the 3rd party shaft yet again! Just wait and see if that title doesn't turn out to be "Raving Rabbids: Dance Squad" or some non-game crap like that...

Naw, it's probably some licensed movie schlock. The non-game crap is usually Wii exclusive. Can't tarnish the 360/PS3 with such rubble.

It is possible that the other games are going to be released long before the Wii2 is even announced.

Old Rumor with New Life. This is from the guy who supposedly leaked details of RE:DSC months before Capcom made them official.

Apparently there is a new RE in the works and it mixes RE4 style 3rd person gameplay and some On-Rails sections. It was supposedly shown at Capcom's Captivate 2010 this week and is expected to be officially announced next week with full reveal at E3 and release at the end of this year, if you go by the old rumor (which you can find translated here) and the new comments in that same thread.

This could be Capcom trying to justify their On-Rails RE ventures on the Wii but mixing that with just enough of what we wanted to get us to buy it, yet not actually giving us what we asked for.

Or it could be that a few sections of the game really don't require movement and are played as on-rails, like riding in the back of a moving car or rolling along in a mine cart. It could be the new interactive cut scenes.

Another idea is that it could be like RE:Dead Aim, where you walked around in Classic RE style and went into Gallery mode when it was time to shoot. So if they mixed that with RE4 gameplay and just used the gallery mode like a looking through the site of the gun sniper type mode, then that could also work.

It could work, but it's kind of hard to justify when Resident Evil 4: Wii Edition worked so well. No one asked for an on-rails RE, yet the Wii got TWO of them. That's like going to a restaurant and ordering a filet mignon and the waiter says, "No, you don't want that. You want to have this instead."

I would seriously consider getting a Wii RE game, just so long as it isn't on-rails. Being on-rails is an immediate deal breaker for me.

I don't know if it's official or not, But it looks like Metroid Other M may have been delayed for 2 months till 8/15/10 and S&P has filled M:OM spot on 6/27.

Best Buy says it's so, but Amazon doesn't agree.

But assuming it did happen, anyone think it's to put wiichuck control into the game?
What could be the reason for a 1.5 month delay just short of 2 months from release?
Would it just be more time for polish or bug fixing?
