Just for the sake of discussion.  If thatguy was mafia, but didn't want to play, wouldn't he just tell his teamates to vote him out in a PM to draw attention away from them.

There is a mirror, but it's a townie ability if I'm reading the rules correctly. So if you take thatguy at his word, and I'm reading Mirror's ability right, he can't have it.

I didn't send that note; in fact, I'd never send a note like that...especially one giving indication that I was mafia. 

To be honest, unless you really didn't care about the game, I can't think of a reason why you'd out yourself as mafia.  You have expressed disinterest in playing during previous games, so I thought that it might be worth taking you at your initial word.

If you are a townie, I can only guess that you're trying to deduce who the townies and mafia are by drawing out votes.

Unless he's lying about being mafia, and now that I've found the ability list, the mirror parlays abilities, not votes so I still don't get it, unless he has Crash.

You know, I'm going to side with thatguy on this one, just because it'll probably either make me look suspicious or get me killed. Either way its not like Sundolous is in any danger... unless thatguy really does have crash and uses it....

What reason would anyone have to not believe me? Really, what reason would anyone have not to believe me. I've demonstrated I'm ruthless and uncaring about other players, in all respects in my past games. If any thing is clear, though, I want to lose this game. And I appreciate what all of you are doing, taking me out of context in that regard, and looking at what has happened as a result of my actions. You all are wonderful players, with two exceptions, and you should be proud of yourselves after today. You really should.

After all, we all know the way to win a game of mafia is to look at the surface. It's to trust statements, all open statements, without any suspicion. It's to avoid discussion, and get to the flat vote.

As such, I can say I will be leaving this game in the best of hands. I'm going to be very excited to see where this game is headed, and I feel lucky to be looking at it from the sidelines. With that, I'm done trying to play for the night, and I won't be logged on until tomorrow morning. I hope you all have a great game.
