Sig limit, I'm not sure. But you can't go over the sig limit. It won't let you.

Your avatar is way to big. The limit is 64x64. I'd size it down, or send it to me at pcpltd69@yahoo.com. Otherwise you might get in trouble with the moderators. It says so in the rules. You should have read them before you joined. I did.
