Nintendo Gaming / RE:Ninja Turtles 2... 2 discs?

I haven't had a chance to play it yet. Is the arcade game also a four player game?

It still doesn't hurt to try, though. Hey they gave into to pressure when it came time to port Mortal Kombat II to the SNES. Which was the best out of every version made back then.

All I can say to you're comment Ian Sane is; get out my head.!!! You're stealing my thoughts!!. I couldn't have said better myself. Now if only we could get say about; 400,000 GC owners to send emails with those much needed comments; to Nintendo. Maybe they will actually listen, and not assume they no what we want. What do you say GC owners?

Thank you questworld; Now I don't feel so alone trying to make my  point about 3rd party support for the GC. GC owners don't seem to realize or care that; Nintendo History is reapeating itself. It's just like the N64 era again.; but we can't just blame 3rd parties. The blame is also on Nintendo. I mean they obviously give in to these so-called parental groups, or something like that. I mean we really have to get on their backs about trying get these 3rd party developers back to support their game systems, not to mention make sure they educate parents on the game rating system. If Nintendo as a game corp. doesn't change it's "because we're Nintendo" ego when it comes to dealing with 3rd party developers. Then there's really no point for them to release Revolution their next console. I mean you  can only make/take so much of Mario and  Pokemon. At least I can. Mario 64 was enough for me. Mario Tennis though was good.

Do you guys think the 3rd party developers will support the Nintendo's new system.; or will it be a repeat of the N64 and I hate to say it; now the GC?

Well all I can say about TMNT 2 for the GC is; about freaking time. Konami finally got it right.  It's a four player option game; plus you can play as splinter. Man I've been waiting for this since the very first TMNT game came out on the 8-NES console. Not to mention they put the first arcade game on their as well.  I wish they could put the second arcade game on their as well, but it's alright I still have my Turtles in Time for SNES. Yeah I wish Konami would've ported that X-Men arcade game to the SNES, but never happen. It's still the best X-Men game in my opinion. Ever. The Fighting X-Men/Marvel Super Heroes games come in second.

Nintendo Gaming / Resident Evil or Devil May Cry on the GC

What's up gamers. Would you rather have RE or Devil May Cry games on the GC? I mean after playing Devil May Cry on my friends PS2; I was hooked. Better story line and effects. Why couldn't Capcom put that on the GC as well.?

You see that's the exact point I'm trying to make. You all just don't get it. Open you're minds. We shouldn't have to buy another game system to get some of those games. That's what 3rd party developers are for they provide multi-platform games.(KEYWORD: MULT-PLATFORM) Don't you get it.? I wanted to play sly cooper I'll go get a PS2, but I don't we should have the same options as X-Box owners or PS2 owners. Why should anyone have to buy a PS2 just to play for example Metal Gear Solid. We barely got the first and the only Metal Gear Solid game to be on the GC. The creator of the game Hideo Kojima said " I don't think a game like Metal Gear Solid would sell as well on the GC".  Basically he's saying that all GC owners are kids under 17, or people who aren't mature enough for games like that. And that's how just about all 3rd party developers who either barely support the GC or left Nintendo feel. None of you can't say that you've seen games that were made by; Capcom, Konami, Ubisoft, etc. that were put on the X-box and PS2, but not the GC was fair. C'mon

You're missing the point. I'm not really a fan of those type of games at least grand theft auto type games. I just would like to see Nintendo stay in the game industry. Be number 1 again. I mean. A game console can't last on just 1st and 2nd party software. Look at all the games that the PS2 and X-box are getting from 3rd parties compared to what gc owners like myself getting. I would like to Devil May Cry, Street Fighter from Capcom.  I'd like to see games like Contra(which use be a great nintendo system only game once), Metal Gear Solid 2 and 3, Gradius, etc. from Konami, not to mention one my favorite game characters from the NES days Ninja Gaiden; which now an X-box only from Tecmo(X-box lovers). But I guess this means nothing to you huh. As long as you can play on bongo drum controllers. You know that was suppose to be another Donkey Kong Country game first right. Until Nintendo dumped Rare.

I'm sorry, but *YOU* are the one who needs to grow up...You aren't mature by avoiding colorful games...

You obviously don't get the point or paid attention to the sales history of the N64 and now the GC.  I mean c'mon. Just about all the 3rd party support either abandoned the N64 for the PS1 or put most of their games on the PS1 and less or more cute games on the N64.; and history is repeating itself again with GC. Nintendo needs to stop trying plz parents and think more about what the gamers want, and not what they think gamers want.

It would be nice if Nintendo would finally learn from their mistakes and from the sucess of Sony. I mean I've been buying Nintendo systems only since the NES came out, but I like other NES gamers have grown up, and I wish Nintendo would realize that and stop trying do what so-called parents want. Sony doesn't give in to parents about game content; so why does Nintendo give in. I mean the thing to do is make sure parents understand game ratings. I mean it's not that hard. Nintendo needs to understand this before they release Revolution. If they release a Next-Gen console with games like Donkey Konga on it. They're just going to keep alienating 3rd party developers, older gamers like me more and more. That will eventually move on to Sony or MS. As much as I rather not to.
