I still like the idea of the Ultra Nintendo Entertainment System.

although to actually call it an entertainment system they will have to make it play cds and dvds.

After Ultra we could then have the phenoemal.

http://boards.harrypotter.warnerbros.com/web/hpus/messages.jsp?board=Slytherin&topic=29431578&pageOffset=2

Now before you all ask what the hell I was doing on the official Harry potter message boards I'll try to explain why I was there. Ummm. We reacently got the DVD of Chamber of Secrets and after exploring the extras on there just about everything was saying "Goto harry potter dot com goto harry potter dot com" in it so I did. After playing the quiditch game for a while I hit the forums to see what the hell happens in there. I managed to get caught up in one thread. The stupidest, most pointless thread in internet history. As usuall Im rabicle in the thread and the only one being intelligent and flaming the little kiddies at the same time.

Also because harry potter boards are stupid the first message is on page three and the oldest ones on the bottoms so you have to scroll UPwards to read it in order.

Anyway click it and laugh, if for some obscure reason you also have an account there then just add some crazy stuff on the end.

Update on how to get there without problems Because of Harry Potter dot com's stupid linking system, you have to click the link, then type in the slytherin password which is WAND. THEN if it doesn't take you to the stupid thread hit abck on your browser and it take you there, if that doens't work hit my link again.

OK since we're all doing it this is my day.
7:00 get woken up by evil boarding staff
7:30 get out of bed eat weetbix.
8:30 wander up to school, talk to fellow cubers at 'the table and brag to the xbox owner" wish everyone a happy zelda day.
8:40 School starts, ignore all lessons in anticipation of zelda.
3:20 School ends, rush to boarding get my essentials into bag and catch bus back home
3:35 Try to get into Laura Gaskell's pants while on bus.
4:45 Get home, cry when I relise that I wont be getting Zelda today. Eat food and play metroid prime until dinner to drown away my sorrows.

It's all boarding schools fault. it's also Nintendo's fault for not advertising in regional WA and not sending games to local Harvey Norman on regular basis (My prime still hadn't arrived after i ordered it (BEFORE LAUNCH) so i thought fuckit and bought it from nearby City of Bunbury (that has enough people which mean enough nintendo devotees to have large stocks of cube stuff, my town only does custom orders, and it's not worth it cos they arrive so late.) So yea my zelda will be coming from bunbury, I've put my name down for it. I'll probably get it saturday which mean I'll have half of OH NO! I just relised I have a hockey game saturday! ARGH!! and in the worst possible time. 10:30 which means I wont have enough time to get zelda before or after the game.

Looks liek I'll be going zeldaless for a while. i wont be able to play my cube in boading either!

instead of trying to scare us with plots that scare you by making you feel dumb when you try to deciphor them why dont they go back to stabbing people through toilet cubicles and stuff like that. That said I didn't like that either, the horror genre is pretty stupid IMO.

Thats gotta be a misprint or has a 2 in front of the 99. I mean i dished out $99 on metroid yesterday (yes I know, I only just got it)

Actually it's lookign good for Zelda. I preordered it yesterday when i bought Metroid, not only did the store have a demo unit with people on it, playing zelda (including kids that needed to be wrestled away) but they already had about 20 other people before me preorder it. And all this is in a region where Nitnedo has no advertising whatsoever outside of instore demos. I was quite pleased.

And the avatars are cool. Can you belive mine is 16kb! i have some other, more colourful ones that are only 4kb, but gifs arn't compressed enough. i tried making all 4 of my avatars animate but i couldn't compress it enough without it looking like poo.

As for porn, well. I can honestly say that i have none stored on my computer.
Disect that statment as you wish.

WHat are you crapping on about Gamefaq's success for? Are you saying that they are lenient or something?

Fucking hell, they wont even let you swear on gamefaqs, you speak your mind and your banned. They have this HUGE list of people who've been banned. And the thing is, the banned list only shows people that have been banned within the last two days. And it's HUGE!

Hey someone agrees with me that the movie makes no sense whatsoever and is quite ridiculous. Im glad I'm not the only one.

personally i'm not into Horror movies, i dont understand why some people like to be scared. But hey, I saw the ring, it was hell scary but I thought it sucked because it made no sense and the ending was pure and utter trash. I also though the ending wasn't really that scary, I could tell she would walk through the tv, only the blinking in and out bit scared me at the end. I thought the scariest part was halfway through the film when the main character dreams that she's on the phones and the phone cuts out and it drips and the girl is sitting in her chair or something. I closed my eyes.

Heh, I logged on after I went into town. Ah well, now I too have F-Zero X =P
And I saw an N64 controller while I was there, a shiny gold one. $5. I asked the lady if I could check it out, she took it out of the cabnit, and I discovered the joystick had SNAPPED OFF, and the dicks had just put it back on with blue-tack. Pffftt. I showed it to her, and she laughed and PUT IT BACK IN THE DISPLAY CABNIT.
I ripped the joystick out of my first N64 controller. Not on purpose of course but througha bike accident. I had the controller in my pockey going to my friends house. But yeah, I skidded for 10 metres underneath my bike acroose a bitumen road and it just tso happens hat the side of my body the controller was in was the side i fell to. Thatr was ages ago though. and had little relevance but yeah, N64 joysticks suck.

WHile were bithcing about shops, it turns out that my local harvey norman actually hadn't recieved metroid prime yet, and that they'd ring me when they get it. Thats right, they still havent gotten it.

Um, yeah it will result in some dream games Steven. like for example. Virtua Fighter vs Tekken, which would be fantastic. I've always hoped for that game ever since both companies jointly payed for a double page advert in a japanese newspaper featuring a character from each game.

I'm all for this merger.

Any of you guys read fat babies dot com? For a couple of months all the stuff they reported was just about how terrible the development of the game was going and the doom that interplay was falling into. I'm amazed that it's even come out frankly.

Actually I would be seriously worried if my girlfriend gave me DOA:XBV I imagine the message would be "I'm not giving you anything more, use this instead"

Hey just wondering, have you guys bought the Hottest 100 Volume 10 yet? It's fantastic. Theres only one bad track on the two disks, but great songs like 6.66 by Salmon Hater make up for it.

There is a Target Country, who are clothes only and there is a Big W but it's in the nearby city of Bunbury, half an hours drive away. WHich isn't something I can do ona  semi regular basis to buy games. I'll try and persist wityh my Harvey Norman, forcing them to order me copies of good games (ie. Metroid, Zelda, Skies of Arcadia, Harvest Moon etc.)

And the game is called Zapper the amazing Cricket. it's a cricket (you know the insect) named zapper, and he's suppposeadly amazing or something.

*makes cameo appearance*

reading you guys crap on about Metroid Prime makes me jealos.
My local Harvey Norman is so fuking stupid. Before launch when I ask them if they are ordering any copies in the bloke is like, "No, we've had trouble selling GCN software (please note: their software range is pretty much EA Sport titles, Tony hawk and crap like Simpsons Road rage, no wonder it isn't selling) but we can order ina copy for you if you like. The guy gets on the computer and orders exactly ONE copy of the game. He gets my phone number but doesn't ask me if i'ld like to make a deposit because he figures Im the only person in town who wants the game.
You can pretty much guess what happens after this.
But because I can only make it into town on weekends (damn slow school bus) I went in on saturday and found the shelf empty, "mabye they havent got the game in yet", I thought, "NAL has fucked them around before" I thought. (Note: their SMS copies were a month late) I turn to see a life size cardboard cutout of Samus on my left. "Hmmm" I think. I ask the bloke about it (different person from the guy who ordered it) He didn't even know what I was talking about. I force him over to his computer and he says that they ordered a copy and it was sold out.
Thats right, They sold out of Metroid Prime instantly, because they have no fuking idea about who buys games in Busselton. They did have some other new GCN games in stock, namely Zapper, the Amazing Cricket (yes that's it's fuking name) which wil probably sit there until the end of time.
More proof that they know nothing: They order about 20 copies of DOA XBV for xbox. The local newsagent sold a record low nummber of copies of the last issue of hyper because it had that crappy game on the cover and people were embarrased to buy it (I boycotted the issue).
They have about 30 untouched copies of Tony 4 for PS2 and 7 Tony 3 for cube.
They ordered copies of Zapper the amazing Cricket for pc PS2 and xbox as well as their cube copy.
Somebody please shoot them.

So yeah I dont have prime yet.

Oh miyamoto is a cool guy, he'll probably come in waving handing out free BETA copies of mario Sunshine 2 and sign peoples heads and stuff.

NOA doesn't hold one because they only have one development studio, who so far have made ports and sequels.
