I find this hilarious, considering FDR was crippled.

I bet Andrew Jackson, Ulysses S. Grant, Abraham Lincoln, George Washington, and Teddy would be the most bad-ass fighters.  I'd probably choose Andrew Jackson, possibly Washington or Lincoln.
Van Buren would be the Jigglypuff of the game.
