Im not really excited about MK.. I wanted it to use the nunchuk so that they can come up with new creative ways for item usage. EG - Some items let you use the pointer for more precise aiming, or flicking it forward for a fast item throw or flicking overhead to lob etc.

Wasnt Tales of Phantasia the 'Sequel' to TOS..

The Zelda medley gave me an idea. Maybe they are going to have interactive music on some stages? like when things get more hectic it gets louder and stronger parts of the song are played. Then the music on those stages would always be different depending on whats happening. They do it in other games, could be something cool.

Nintendo Gaming / RE: N64 Games that use the expansion pack

Although Oot has no problems at all for me, and is much cleaner and has no frame rate drops at all really. Ah well, we'll see what happens with MM when its released on the VC.

Well I am running the PAL version.. The frame rate is pretty bad inside clock town..

There was bad slowdown in clock town and in certain other places. Some people also experienced the game freezing, I never did but apparently some have said it has. The game ran worse than the N64 version.

The MM on the collectors disk was apparently running without the expansion pak hence the bad frame rate and buggyness in places.

You are not alone! I never finished Prime 2 either. I found it way to tedious. Prime 3 is supposed to be a bit more action and less tedious exploration so thats a good thing.

Ergo, their previous game experiences could easily mean nothing.

Yeah, I see it more as an all-star list of great composers doing there own take on Nintendo themes. I cant wait to hear more! I also agree they should of dropped a new trailer and one new character though.

Nintendo Gaming / RE: HAPPY ANNIVERSARY, WII!
« on: April 27, 2007, 01:03:45 PM »
Yeah I remember I was home from work. I woke up turned on the computer and saw that Nintendo had released the new name. I clicked the link and thought it was the worst name ever.. I thought they had done a great job winning back the support of a lot of gamers and this would destory all that. After an hour or so I decided to see how it could be done on tv or something. So I made an ad.

A week later I thought it was a good choice in the end, it had grown on me. And nowadays Revolution just doesnt seem to sit right anymore.

Well the reason that this game has a new code is because you can have multiple profiles. So using just the Wii code wouldnt allow for that..

Sega actually used to put out a lot of titles, specially in the Dreamcast days. Its not that they are making too many games, its that they the people making the games dont have a clue.

I found that triceratops part annoying too, but i still completed it within 3 turns.. The egg nest thing took me almost 13 mins though.. I also feel that you are watching secret rings play itself more so than the other 3D sonic games. It doesnt feel like your playing in some parts.
