But even though with those issues the game is still engaging and at times when it's not frustrating, it's fun. But it is not worth a 10/10 it should be somewhere between a 8.5 - 9.0 on a scale of 1 - 10.

Let us not forget the acting is clearing "Oscar worthy" (confirmed by Hillary Goldstein), therefore a 10 sounds about right. ;)

The guy from wiinintendo.net posted a link to the show and stated "Kevin recounts his lengthy history with the genre, and we all discuss the future of Adventure games on Wii."  Is that a typo or is he a part of the show?

I really like Train Tracks and Living. I like the lyrics and emotion you put into those songs.

Thanks, much appreciated!

Hey All,

I've been on the forums a couple weeks now but haven't introduced myself yet.  Well, in short, I'm a long time Nintendo fan who quit playing about a year after Mario Kart 64 (during the dry spell) and was recently sucked back in by Mario Galaxy.

When I'm not playing games I'm trying to write songs, and I actually have a show tonight in Denver if anyone's in the neighborhood (myspace.com/daveragemusic).

Currently I spend most of my gaming time w/ MK, so hit me up if you wanna race!

Its nice to find others who share my distaste for GoNintendo.  At the end of the day, they serve no purpose.  Google Reader does what they do, except 100x times better.

I can't imagine what it must be like to have no voice of your own.

Huh.....they forgot "Feel The Magic"

Does anyone know if the Wii version will use motion controls for the entire game?  I heard the first version only allow motion controls in exhibition mode or something..

I'd definately recommend Zack n Wikki for your GF/Wife as well!  My wife hated games until Zach n Wikki arrived.  Once she got her hands on it, we played the entire thing together, oftentimes w/ her asking starting it up.  It was a lot of fun, and now she's even growing an addiction to Mario Kart Wii, Professor Layton, and Word Coach!  Thanks Capcom!

Finally!!  I wonder if the game puts you in a "crisis mode" after the lions escape.

I would have picked Geometry Wars up a long time ago, but it doesn't support the GameCube controllers. I'll be damned if I'm going to waste money on two Classic Controllers. I don't think I'd much like the nunchuck and remote scheme.

Yeah, a damn shame that it doesn't.  The thumb sticks on the classic are too close for my liking.

The game looks pretty dated.  If you don't have geometry wars yet, I'd recommend spending a few extra bux to pick that up instead.

I still can't believe Hillary Goldstein from IGN said the acting was "Oscar Worthy".

Hey, free DS demos, I'm down.  I've already played a few of them, and its reaffirmed me not buying them, sweet!  (Although I really liked the functionality of Crosswords, the clues were all very generic....I was hoping for more pop culture and history clues)

This game is only 20 bux now at Circuit City, and if you buy another 20 dollar game it 30 altogether.  Does anyone have this thing?  Is it really that bad?

The thing that makes this extra juicy is the fact that they are clearancing out old Gameboy and Gameboy Color games.

How are they clearancing them out?  My local gamestop still has Mario Advance games for around 25.

I hope you're right, as I'm a huge racing fan myself.  Perhaps the guy controlling the vehicle in the ship was just wasted, who knows.
