Depending on how the surgery game is created that thing could really be cool.  I hope its a fast paced Operation style game.

I would love a see how many operations you can perform in a minute style game.

One thing I'm not too happy about is the prices for Canadians.

NDS  $179.99 USD = $236.51 CAD   (Really expensive for a handheld)
PSP  $300.00 USD = $394.08 CAD    (Really,REALLY expensive for a handheld)  

NDS game for $35.00 USD = $45.98 CAD    (Not too bad but still pretty expensive)
NDS game for $49.99 USD = $65.67 CAD    (Almost as much for a GCN game which is 69.99)

Now lets add taxes,

Where I live in Nova Scotia we have a 15% tax.

NDS $236.51 + 15% = $271.99
PSP $394.08 + 15% = $453.20

NDS game for $45.98 + 15% = $52.88
NDS game for $65.67 + 15% = $75.52

So too get a DS and one game(at lowest speculated price) is $271.99 + $52.88 = $324.87

HOLY CRAP

Anywho, still less than PSP by like $170 CAD.
