Marvel has full rights to use The Hulk as they please. Universal merely has 1st refusal at distribution of any solo Hulk movie.

which is why there won't be another Solo Hulk movie, and is all the more reason to drop him in Spidey's movie.
Ruffalo is eager to continue being The Hulk, is apparently making an appearance in Civil War and then I guess has a co-star credit in Thor: Ragnarok before wrecking shop in Infinity War

it would be awesome to squeeze him into the Spidey movie somehow as well.
not sure how that plays into the timeline, as I would have to review the release schedule. which reminds me that I probably need to update it in the OP.

I doubt Fox is giving up any mutants.... which is probably why they went the route of making Deadpool a mutant in the movie.

But if Marvel negotiated anything w/ Fox regarding the F4, a full return of all associated rights, in exchange for Fox to have TV rights to all the X-men stuff.
...And maybe co-share Deadpool (since he isn't technically a mutant "in the comics") for limited merchandising on future X-Related movies sounds like a sweet deal as well. Not gonna happen, but would make for good DVD extra's on home release.
Imagine the 4th wall breaking commentary tracks where Deadpool kinda MST3k's the marvel movies.

OMG... Fox I have an amazing idea for home release of future X-Men movies... that bonus Blu-ray extra.

Apparently the rumored casting of Danny Rand aka Iron Fist is confirmed (!?)
and now Netflix is also casting Shang Chi... !?

rumor was that dude from GoT (Loras Tyrell) also known as Finn Jones in real life, was cast as Iron Fist.

and that Agent Carter may be getting a S3 order, which I would hope would mean that AC would finally debut on Netflix. S2 was certainly more fun than S1, and the way it ended would be quite cruel to not have a S3 of some sort.

and as much as I would love to see JK Simmons reprise the role... I actually think Ice Cube could play that character, so other than the obvious issue some people will have with a color swap of a classic character (topic for another time) I actually wouldn't mind seeing it happen.

JK Simmons is J. Jonah Jameson. If they cast someone different, then I will wait for the home release and replace him in all scenes.

He (J.K. Simmons) is the perfect casting, and I acknowledge that, but seeing ice cube in his role for 21/22 Jump street*, he can play that character convincingly enough.

I think Marvel should pursue J.K., who has said he was talking to Marvel and would love to reprise the role, but if for whatever reason Marvel decided to take a left turn and shake things up some... Ice Cube wouldn't be a bad pick for someone that could put a slightly different spin on that same character w/o seeming like they are trying hard to recreate something that was already done to perfection.

You can't go wrong with J.K.. He's one of those actors born to play the role.

Speaking of which, that's an interesting discussion. I don't really consider Sam Jackson "born to play" Nick Fury since the Ultimate character was modeled off of him, but what actors have fit their roles perfectly? I would say Patrick Stewart, Robert Downey Jr., and J.K. Simmons are absolutely perfect castings. Chris Evans, while having a very young face and spirit, brings a lot of honesty to the role of Captain America. On the same vein, Hugo Weaving was the perfect Red Skull (still sad that he won't be coming back), and Tom Hiddleston IS Loki. I'd even give Anthony Mackie a respectful nod, although admittedly I am not completely familiar with the Falcon.

Outside of that, however, I can't think of many other actors I've fallen in love with.

Trailer looks awesome as expected but yeah. Spider-Man looks awful. I think it's the eyes. Or the costume might be too bright. I don't know. But one thing I do like is that it seems his jaw actually moves inside the costume for a change. This has bugged me for years.

Was also nice to see some actual Panther action.

It looks like Marvel and Sony are taking inspiration from Alex Ross' Spider-Man as far as the eyes go (I like how they change size).

I think it's a good choice as far as the MCU goes since it's recognizable to fans yet distinctive enough to set this incarnation of the character from Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield.

As for the bright costume, it may be the lighting. I don't mind it, but I want to see more
