Listen Up, here are the rules
CREATE ONLY A SINGLE POST IN THIS FORUM
In that post put the following:
1) Your in game name and friend code.
2) The DATE of the next tournament you plan to attend. This will be used to calculate who will likely be participating.
3) Disclose (3) Allowed Pokemon [see exceptions], their type, and their move set that you intend to use for the tournament. You can change it up to 3 days before the tournament is set to occur. Your entries will be statically copied to this post at that 3day cutoff. Once the tournament begins you must have these pokemon and their move sets that you listed.
4) No other information needs to be disclosed. However if you do disclose additional information, it must be separate from the info above.
In addition to the pokemon above, on the day of the tournament you may bring an additional (1) pokemon from those allowed.
ONCE THE TOURNAMENT STARTS YOU CANNOT CHANGE YOUR POKEMON SELECTION OR ITEMS.
