It's true, seen a couple of the BF ads on dealrush.com and their forums and that is mentioned.

The only way I'd even take Clone Wars is if you payed me.  And you delivered it to my door.  I'd take the money and throw the disk out the window.  Xbox live is so pathetic.  My base has a few xbox's hooked up.

I'll stick to my Dark Age of Camelot and StarCraft, as well as PSO on a good old cube (where you ONLY have to pay for the hunters liecence, and it works on dial up).
Both $ony & now M$ appear to have been "using" the gaming industry to finance and prop-up their other industries which would struggle as stand-alone.

Talked to a friend at Walmart, they said it may happen since they have big sales on that day usually, but he nor the manager can confirm it because they just don't know.  Best bet is to show up early on that day and see for yourself.

I've already talked to someone who has an ad and yes, the GC will be $79 on Black Friday from opening until noon (I think).

I doubt that MS will keep this bundle as is for the holiday season, they surely can see that this just wont cut it.

Here is a nice, although blunt analogy of how the bundles are going down in the different regions for ms. I would have to agree with ya canuck until I saw it....

The Xbox will not be in 2nd if they dont improve their holiday bundle.  The GC has already closed the gap with the price drop, so the 'own the U.S.' analogy is a little overstated, wouldn't you say?

Haha, no, no. In a america they have not closed the gap. They lead in world wide sales, but in NA they are behind xbox by a million. The xbox selling next to nothing in Japan, puts nintendo over top. And ironically xb's drive in japan makes nintendos poor effort a wet dream to them.

That million in NA was a month ago AFAIK, even more...... I'd like to see some more recent numbers, things have changed a lot. Can't say GC has closed the gap, but it surely is approaching.

I couldn't tell you the norm monthly numbers for gc in NA but I highly doubt they got enough to even be close with the recebt changes. I would be suprised if they got out half that. A million is A-lot of systems.
