The problem is that it's so clear that they're harnessing the power of lolcats for marketing. It's a clever idea, but it sucks the life out of the medium: bad spelling and pictures of cats are only part of the equation, the most important part is inspiration - something you won't get from 10 different pictures of cats with Wii controllers and a TV showing Geometry Wars.
