Nintendo Gaming / Pokemon Picross picrites question

So, I needed to buy 4600 picrites to stop having to pay for any more. So, my plan was to buy the 800 pack then the 4000 pack. Well, after I bought the 800, I went back in to purchase the 4000, and it was no longer available (not even listed). WTF? Nintendo has refused to answer me as to why.


Anyone?

The Wal-Mart closest to me had Mario, Peach, Link, Samus, Pikachu, Kirby, and Donkey Kong, and they were on display two days early.Picked up a Samus, as my usual GameStop sold out prior to the actual launch (still got my Link and Pikachu from them, though)

My idea for DLC was for Nintendo to re-jig the tracks from all previous 7 iterations (SMK - 7), and sell the track packs for anywhere between $4.99 and $9.99. Super Mario Kart track pack, $4.99. Mario Kart Wii track pack, $9.99. Etc., etc., etc.
