I am very tempted by this. Do you have any idea how long this deal is for?

Friday at the latest (it's part of their weekly deals rotation), or until it sells out prior to that.

Be aware, if I get one, that's one less potential unit for you to get.  I'm still debating it considering I already have (2) DPLII setups.  I could probably give it to my parents and setup their living room blah blha blhalballblhah blah blha

The thing is that I already have a stereo, but I never got the surround sound system for it. My stereo is a little bulky for something that I have hooked up to my TV and my computer, so a 750 Watt component reciever with the surround kit already included sounds really good.

Now I just wish I had gotten the silver component switch box instead of the black one. All my electronics in the cabinet are silver except for that.

I'm biased *against* Circuit City because of them taking legal action against CheapAssGamer.com.

I'd rather everyone go buy the game from EBGameStop at regular price than give CC any money...

For all Canadians, Future Shop and Best Buy are having an online sale - 15% off EVERY video game, but only for a few more hours.

But even better, Dell is offering a Wiimote+Nunchuck combo for only $54 plus free shipping!

Wii:  Guitar Hero III for $78.98
360:  Guitar Hero III for $88.98
PS3:  Guitar Hero III for $88.98

USPS shipping is only 99¢.  If you've never shopped at FamilyVideo.com before, use the coupon code NEWPGMEM to receive $5.00 off your order.

EDIT:  I should point out that the 99¢ shipping is rather slow (5 - 10 days).  So if you must play this game on the day it comes out, you're better off getting it elsewhere.  But if you're cheap and don't mind waiting this is for you.

Actually, that's more or less regular prices for the Guitar Hero games Vudu. FamilyVideo really excels on some titles though, cutting off as much as 8 dollars off of the typical retail price.

For example, they have Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles for $41.99.

Those speakers are still on sale (or are again).  I actually have a set of em, and they're quite good.  Not top of the line, but if I had paid for them I would have happily paid $70.

I was on the fence about getting GH3, but at that site, I got $15 off and didn't have to pay state sales tax. I saved about $20. I don't really care if I get it a few days later.

Thanks for the pro tip!
