Hey, I have finnally gotten my site up and working again.  I was hoping that ya'll can give me some feed back, such as if you liked it, and what I can do to make it better.

Not too bad but I would try to get a home page set up and divide the topics to news, events, faqs, and so on,

Seriously though, put the headers in the same table as the rest of the contents and theres no need for each cell to be so big. In fact theres no need for seperate frames for each link.

I like the background colour

How old are you? It is a university site isn't it? I am sure you just put it up in a hurry.....needs some more work on presentation......

But on the plus side i also like the colour

Change the colour scheme. Blue on red makes my inner child scream in pain, not to mention my eyes.
Light text on dark background, or vice versa would be a lot easier to read.

Yes it is a university site, and I am 19.

I'll try to upgrade it some more on monday.

F****ing labs are closed today.

I'm useing Dreamweaver MX 2004 and have been haveing difficulty learning how to use it.  

But I say, it is pretty good for a guy that two years ago didn't even know how to access a    
    floppy drive.
