C Compilers

Does anyone know where I can download a good C compiler. My compliler stopped working and I cant seem to find any on the internet. Thanks.

MinGW
GCC (first result in a Google search for "C Compiler")

Just google for it.

That's MinGW. DevC++ is an IDE.
