 Damn this game is selling like hot cakes. I thought this would be more of a sleeper game but both my GameStop and BestBuy retailers sold out this morning. I probably wont be able to get Soul Calibur 2 tomorrow either. Man I hate people! Does anyone else share my pain?

I veo got this sweet game and i beat it but with infinite continues so it was like cheating. Im now trying to beat it with just 5 continues but i cant get past the 2nd part of the final level. And also i cant unlock the demo play of levl 4 and ive beatin it several times.

Hey what the hell is up with this game? It's an exclusive coming later this year. It just looks like another wrestling game so why is it getting all hyped up? Is it supposed to revolutionize the wrestling genre? I only say this because its been the #1 popular game at gamespot.com for the last three days and thats a rarity for a gamecube game. Not only that, but its beating out games like Halo 2 The Sims 2 and Star Wars: Kotor and Galaxies! WTF! Will someone please explain?

Nintendo Gaming / Anyone know where I can import Viewtiful Joe for the US list price (39.99)?

I'm galad to see I'm not the only one who really wants this game. Only thing is I know that to make any import game work you have to mod your cube or buy the action repay disk. Thats 40$ right there and now the game costs 10$ extra. I guess i'll have to wait like everyone else for the game to come in October.

I have something to say, excellent post by the way. Most all game companies and developers, not just Nintendo, are "dumbing down" their games' challenge for one reason.

Accessability. The gaming industry is huge these days compared to the earlier 80's and 90's. One of the factors is because people who werent weaned on Nintendo as a child can now pick up a game and become good at it. and if they like the game and they get to know the game company another loyal customer is born.

Very True. I will be very angry if square or nintendo make it final that you must buy a gba plus the conn. cord to play multi player FF:CC. I will hate them forever!

Yeah, ive had these problems most notably with metroid prime. Try the wireless controller, the shoulder buttons are alot better, and plus its wireless !

I've never played a fighting game in my life, before today. I picked up the demo disk for 10$ and played Soul Calibur 2 everboy said it was a really good game. I thought it was gona be a FPs but to my dismay it was a fighting game. But I really got into and i cant wait to buy it when it comes out

I played the first level today on the GCN demo disk and its just awesome. I like the graphics its like a 2-d sidescroller but the graphics look hand drawn. The gameplay is really simple and addicting. You just keep fighting wave after wave of enemies. You can execute these sweet combos and jump really high. You can slow down time and dodge bullets and missiles and you can speed up time and mow down a bunch of bad guys. Damn I want more Joe. Soul Calibur 2 is on there that games also sweet

They should work on making the characters more appealing to teens and older adults. That one boss with the huge gut that you had to throw into the spikes was just laughable. Overall a good game. It's probably the 2nd most enjoyable experience i have had playing through  a game. (Halo is 1st)

Gannons first form was sooo easy hit him three times with light arrow then slash away, one you got to the bottom just go under his legs 10 times you're done.

WW fight was much better he always blocked a boomerang shot or arrow shot. The graphics were sweet as hell too
