Hello everyone,

If you are receiving this message, it means that I recently removed you from my Wii's Address Book.  I assure you that this is nothing personal and merely is due to the fact that I do not post regularly here, and as such, do not feel the need to keep inactive persons on my list, which was at full capacity.  Since I am more of a regular over at Cheapassgamer.com, I have devoted my list to people from there, and have made the decision to clean house from this end with my NWR contacts.

Again, this is nothing personal, and chances are you shouldn't be attached to my name at all anyway since I'm not around here :p.

Anyway, I somewhat doubt I'll even be checking my messages within the next few days, so there's no need to reply to this.

For the record, NWR is a great place with some great people, and I hope Nintendo rectifies some of the online issues so that maybe I won't have to resort to this kind of thing in the future.

Some names that I removed from my list were not showing up as I typed them into the "To:" field, so I don't know if those members are banned/removed/inactive/changed their names, etc.  For the record, those persons were Prof666, PartyBear, and damaan64.  Those aren't members at CAG as far as I know, nor are they personal friends, so if those sound like NWR members, a mod or something else can feel free to pass the information onto them if required.

Again, this is a great community, but I'm not a part of it except for the extremely rare times I come here to rant, so I just want to make this as easy for everyone as possible.  Thanks!

Yes I know that he said in his pm that he doesnt even go here anymore, so in all likelyhood he wont see this message, ever.  But again, thats just his loss.

Pheremone Reviews!!!

This is no joke, I clicked over to NWR and I got this page.  There is some poor language in here, but all I did was copy and paste.

That's why I tried all these pheromone products, and since I know which ones worked for me and which ones ripped me off, I figure I should let everyone who visits my site know. It's my way of giving you some good info, getting back at the products that ripped me off, and thanking those that worked for me. As said above, I competely recommend Pherlure Pheromone Cologne, it's potent stuff that works. Athena Pheromones are good too, but they're pricier, don't come with a money-back guarantee like Pherlure, and aren't as effective as Pherlure, but they work to a degree so I can't say I don't recommend them. If you're in the United States, just go with Pherlure, trust me, you'll be thanking me later.


And we all thought that the true adds were bad,  seriously, even though I found it this pretty funny,  stuff like this does not look good to anybody going to NWR for the first time.

Nintendo Gaming / Shop Channel not working!

Hey, I got some Wii Points for Christmas, but I cant get on the shop to download any of the cool new games they put up on there.  Its really weird because Ive been able to get on the Shop before, and nothing has changed since then.

Whats also weird is that I can still get on the internet channel (but it takes a couple of tries, and tends to freeze on youtube videos), and the forecast channel is still working fine.  However, whenever I try the shop channel it gets to the screen where it says "Connecting, please wait..." then it stays on that screen forever.  I really wanna get some Mario Bros in while Im on christmas break, but it just wont work.  Anybody else have a similar problem?

here is the scoop, I wanted ExciteTruck, but I expressed some disapoitment at the fact that it was only two player.  So my mother, in her non-gamer logic got me Monster Truck 4X4 because it looked the same and it has 4 player.  Im happy that she thought about it so hard for me, and did the best she could, but Ive been looking at the reviews for it, and it looks like ExciteTruck is by far the better buy, and I dont wanna open MT4X4 incase I decide to return it.  

So, to the point, anybody here have this game, and if so, does it have any redeeming qualities?

I hear their large store and low low prices are destroying small business in castle town!!

Also, their workers are underpaid, and mistreated (They sure as heck cant enjoy dancing all day to that annoying repetitive music. Personally I cant stand it just going in there to buy something)

Actually, I don't feel like giving the winners. What's the point, you know? When wandering's game was so much better than mine, I mean.

Actually, I do feel like giving winners, because even though I did not play wandering's game, Ive heard that it sucked hard, and nobody actually cares about it.


Mafia VIII: WE HAVE A WINNER!!!

   Kent here for one last report. Last night the townies made their final vote, and many accusations were thrown about.  Everyone seemed to believe Pryo’s admitting that he was Krusty, so the question was between NuclearSpeed, and Decoyman, as both were claiming to be Moe, but we all know there could only be one, so they voted out Decoyman.






































DECOYMAN WAS MARGE!!!! The townies had won, and the town could begin to rebuild itself, the list of the dead was staggering, but the new leaders of the town NuclearSpeed was Moe, and Pryo who was Krusty now had the chance to start everything over.


ALTERNATE ENDINGS
If homer won
   The Simpson’s Mafia has won it in a close race.  Homer Simpson has deemed himself “Donut Ruler.”  Surprisingly the big oaf was actually a capable leader.  The schools and public offices were rebuilt, and the town was doing quite well from the tourism resulting from the incident of the Nuclear Plant Explosion.  Simpson even followed through on his plans of building a bigger better plant to power the town.  Unfortunately, Simpson insisted that the plant be built to his exact specifications.  Simpson forgot to protect the town from the nuclear radiation, and everyone died of radiation poisoning, turning Springfield into a radioactive wasteland that cannot be inhabited for 100 years.

If Burns won
   Mr. Burns has won it!  Now he revealed the secret to his many years on this earth.  Mr burns is actually 1000 years old, he has been using a machine to suck the youth out of unsuspecting townspeople.  The townspeople were all dead, and nobody would ever have any idea as to what had happened.  In the meantime, Burns, in his now youthful body, would go on to take over another town, and continue to live on…..FOREVER!!!


CONCLUSION
   So after all of this, one question remains, whose fault was it?  Who was actually responsible for the destruction of Springfield.  Doesn’t anybody think it an odd coincidence that the mayor survived the explosion, not to mention how he so quickly had everything all planned out.  Well it all goes back, Many years ago, to the newly elected Mayor Quimby.  It turns out, the mayor was given an extensive bribe, so that Mr. Burns could build his plant on land that was deemed unsuitable for such a building.  Mr. Burns never knew why the land was cheap, and Mayor Quimby did not figure it out for many years.  Once The mayor found out that the plant was built on a giant sinkhole, he decided not to stop the construction, because he would lose votes.  So once the plant finally blew up, the mayor came up with a plan to take the blame away from himself, and have the fair people of Springfield accuse eachother.  However, the Mayor did not count on the sudden appearance of Fat tony.  Fat Tony had been out of town this whole time, but once he found out about what had happened, he promptly had the Mayor shot.  Fat Tony said “That’s what he gets for making a mafia game, and not including the REAL MAFIA.”

Mafia VIII Day 6: A final decision.

   Last night, the people realized that they had been mislead when they had voted out CouchMonkey.  So they got rid of the one who mislead them.  In a unanimous vote (except for the victim) Super was voted out.  The townies had finally managed to kill Homer Simpson.

However Simpson’s fate would be avenged, for it seems that before he was killed he managed to get a note to his wife who later that night killed BlackFootSteps who turned out to be the elusive Mr. Burns.  Odd that both mob bosses should die on the same night.

Marge had this to say on the subject “I killed the man who destroyed my homey’s life, and now that he is dead I plan to take my revenge on everyone who is left in this miserable town that killed my husband!”

So now, the fate of the town rests in the hands of the two remaining townies.  If they find Marge tonight, the townies shall win.  However, should the townies choose incorrectly, Marge will kill them all and take victory for her dear departed husband.

Choose wisely.

Mafia VIII day 5: The last innocent.

   Two nights ago the people were happy, they had finally made a correct decision.  Unfortunately, this would not last, as last night they voted off CouchMonkey, while Sideshow bob was an evil murderer, he was actually just a plain old townie. Infact, he was the only person left without a role (even though krusty doesn’t mean anything)

There was a little bit of good news, Mr Burns had managed to kill a rival mafia member. It sure must have been embarrassing for Tvman, Homer‘s last buddy, to have been beaten by the skeleton of a man we all love to hate.

IMPORTANT A friend of mine is having a birthday party today, so I may not be able to be back by midnight.  So I will tally votes when I get back, because of this I will be checking the time the vote is posted and if there are any votes or edits to a vote past midnight the vote will not be counted.

ALSO IMPORTANT There will be no mafia on the weekend.

Mafia VIII day 4: Damn Flanders.

Last night the townspeople finally made a good choice.  They decided to vote off Pale, who turned out to be a lawyer for the burns mafia.

Typ was found dead, he was Smithers.

Do not rejoice yet, all did not go well for the townies last night…..

Windyman, Vudu, and Garnee were also found dead this morning.  According to the police, it seems that Windyman who was Flanders attempted to kill Vudu, who was Selma.  Garnee, who was Patty died trying to save Selma, but both sisters perished in the fight.

Flanders was found with his crossbow on his chest, and the final arrow through his heart.  A note in his  hand  read “I set out as the instrument of god, I was going to save this sinful town, and rid us of the sinners, but I have killed not one, but two innocent women tonight, which can only mean I have become the instrument of the gosh darned diddly dang darn DEVIL!  There is only one thing left for me to do.”

Truly a mixed day, two mafia men have died, but so have three townies.

Mafia VIII Day 3: NOOOOOOOOOOO!!

Another decisive vote, and this time no worries from the people that the person they vote for will kill everyone.  The mayor came out late to the town hall meeting, and when he opened the ballot box, he found a large majority for Athrun.  The mayor then dropped the box, and walked solemnly from the podium, back to his private room because he could not bear to watch as the townies performed their duties.  While he was out, the mayor’s mistress was killed.  From now on, instead of having ties broken by someone with the townies interests in mind, that decision would be left to chance.

In other news, Khushrenada was found killed last night.  He was a lawyer for the burns group.

Also, In what seems to be an unrelated incident, Dasmos has also been found dead.  He was Bart the last of the Simpson Children.

Mafia VIII Day 2: What have I done?

   This is Kent Brockman, from the Town hall where the first vote took place.  The decision last night was clear, the one known as 18 days needs to die.  There was some concern as to the identity of the person who was almost unanimously hated by all of the townspeople.  Some said that 18 days was so dangerous that the mayor would make sure she wasn’t the suicide bomber they all feared.  Others were concerned that 18 days may have armed herself with bombs knowing full well that she would probably be the first to die.

The vote came in, and 18 days’ fate seemed sealed, but just then she bolted, leaving only those who voted for her to chase her all around the town hall until they trapped her in a corner.  18 days let out a loud belch, and opened her coat to reveal hundreds of duff bottles which then blew up, killing Barney and all pursuers.  Not to mention a major piece of the town hall.  The last thing anybody heard before the explosion was “DUFFMAN….OH NO!!”

Those who died chasing 18 days are as follows:
Ceric: Lisa Simpson
Stevey: Simpson mafia member
Stabby: Maggie simpson
The Rat: Chief Wiggum
UncleBob: Townie

The most tragic of all these deaths was poor little Maggie Simpson.  She had a name on a piece of paper in her hand, but it was destroyed in the explosion.  Possibly she was going to give this person a gift. But sadly we shall never know what her true intentions were.

Also, without his sister, poor bart has had to learn how to work alone.

It was suspected that the Simpson group would try to take someone out tonight.  Unfortunately Homer FORGOT TO READ THE RULES where it says the godfather needs to send me the hit AND THE HENCHMAN MAKING IT, which is essential should the mob hit someone who is protected, or if the henchman is investigated by Moe (or before today, if the mob hit Barney).

Here we go again with these votes, after yesterday the people are becoming worried, and not sure if this is the best idea, but they all agreed to do it, and they plan to see this through, even with a giant hole in the town hall.

Day One:

This is Kent Brockman reporting.  After the recent tragedy from the power plant two groups have been blamed for the incident.  Some blame Montgomery burns for the cheap parts he bought to build the plant, while others blame worker Homer Simpson, for not being at his station at the time of the explosion.

Mr. Burns had this to say on the subject. “That sorry fatman Simpson will pay for what he has done to the town.  After this is over I will take control of this town so that tragedies such as this one can never happen again, soon all of the people of Springfield will be my SLAVES! *cough* Im sorry, did I say slaves, I mean happy citizens."

It seems that Simpson has Blamed Mr. Burns for the incident, saying that he will destroy Mr. Burns for being such a cheap old windbag who bought such bad parts and let the donuts in the break room get stale.  Mr. Simpson followed up with “Donuts….UUUUUUUUUUGGHH”  It seems that Simpson also intends to take over the town so that he can build a bigger better nuclear plant to serve the city.

Emboldened by both of these men who were after his job, Mayor Quimby made a desperate decision.  He has decided that all of the remaining citizens of Springfield, and undead zombies from the radiation of the power plant will vote every weekday before midnight eastern time for who they think is working against the townies.  The Mayor told the people "My strategy WILL work, if the people of sprinfield are as intelligent as I think they are, we should be able to rid ourselves of these groups, so that I can keep my job!"

Vote rules.  Like always to vote, post in bold VOTE (NAME HERE).  To remain in the game, you must vote at least every third day.  

Edit: one more thing, just a reminder that if you change your vote, be SURE to get rid of your old one to avoid confusion.
