Eh. I know he's an easy target to vilify perhaps because he is insistent to be the first to claim the Switch is doomed and how he packed up his Wii U months ago. Yet, at the same time, he was an early Wii U adopter and he will be an early Switch adopter and clearly plays a bunch of Nintendo games. So, no, he's obviously not a hater like he says. A hater wouldn't be that involved in playing Nintendo systems and software. He just seems to be more of a pessimist is all and its not too hard these days for a Nintendo fan to be a pessimist considering what the video game industry has looked like the past 4 - 5 years.

Other pessimism-preening aside, this sentiment never fails to inspire awe at how some people manage to view to world. Calling a company greedy is like calling a priest religious.

And yet Steam, Microsoft and Sony all manage to thrive and far exceed Nintendo when it comes to turning a profit precisely because they are not greedy. There is nothing naive in thinking companies should treat their customers fairly and offer them great value for money. It's what sells products.
