Sadness sound very interesting, I hope the studio can pull it through

is there a date for the trailer? or we have to wait to E3?

But if Im not mistaken those are the Tsukihime maids, and knowing where they came from, an erotic game from Japan, and also the "shiki chan, lets have fun together" text, does make your avatar indeed dirty mister!
don't forget the Shingetsutan Tsukihime anime (haven't seen it yet, have to finish Soukyuu no Fanfer first >_>)

It will have built in wifi.
The controller will be more expensive.

I don't see all that adding more than $99 to the cost.
R&D!!

and ign's specs aren't based on final hardware, so we don't know how accurate those are

I want to know as well, although it does say "an alternative", so I believe it must be only one....

well, I've seen them on TV here, so that's saying a lot actually

Another way could be to use the Wiimote to steer and the nunchuk to shift gears (since it has an accelerometer, it would be simply moving it)

not really, if you look carefully, both the Wiimote and the nunchuk fit both hands prefectly, so you simply switch hands

certanly, and I'd like to add that it has a pretty active homebrew scene which has done some amazing things (for example, the first time I saw a DivX movie was on my DC ^^)

they left Rurouni Kenshin out as well, shame

but the game sounds interesting, and they mention NGNT, so it left me wondering, who is the developer?

Nintendo Gaming / RE: Wiill it be cheap?
« on: April 29, 2006, 02:57:11 PM »
graphics aren't everything, it's obvious the R&D of the Revmote.....eh, Wiimote, was expensive (and we're talking abot Nintendo, thus they are planning to get some profit) so I'm kind of betting that its price will be like $199

(Besides, it will work against them to place it on the price range of the DS....)

Nintendo Gaming / RE: the official : "telling family about wii" thread
« on: April 28, 2006, 06:22:25 PM »
I've telling friends and family, and the reaction is pretty mixed......mostly positive though (mind that most are spanish-speaking only)

a couple laughed and thought the name was stupid
few believed the name was stupid, but were fine with it and would get used to it
some were indifferent (thought was ok/didn't mind/care)
most found it intriguing, and liked it
one thought it was simply brilliant
and another one liked it so much, that said "the responsible for that deserves an award!"

Although I don't like it, I must admit it's slowly sinking in me.....

it seems farfetched to me, but it IS possible, after all, why haven't they changed http://revolution.nintendo.com to http://wii.nintendo.com yet?

also, on the main page it still says Revolution instead of Wii......

now that I think of it, it seems quite possible, mm............

but in any case, good point, we can call it the "Nintendo Yes" now
