The music kicks ass. And the graphics are beautiful.

This is retail, not WiiWare, correct?
Why must all things be so bright? Why can things not appear only in hues of brown! I am so serious about this! Dull colors are the future! The next generation! I will never accept a world with such bright colors! It is far too childish! I will rage against your cheery palette with my last breath!

Awesome.  Maybe this will finally force me to get around to playing the original that I downloaded on VC the day it came out but still haven't touched.

I played the original for a while on VC, until I needed to clean the fridge.

Maybe this storage "solution" will actually get me to play it again... ><

Well I need to be able to pay for those games, don't I?  And I like to eat.  And I need some place to live.  And Olive is pretty high maintenance, so she needs toys and such.

I suppose she could play this, but it's more likely she's just grab the remote and run.

Geez we're on the same fucking boat. I played the first level of S&P but couldnt get used to the controls (had no trouble with them when i played an imported n64 copy) and havent touched it since, been meaning to though.

As for Okami i havent touched it after the second save point in the damn game! :(

I'm at the 2nd save in Okami too. I started playing it, then I got distracted by some squirrels.

I'd say they should include the original in the sequel, but that would discourage buying the VC version. Then again, maybe not.

I still have Okami unopened.

This looks good, the cursor looks a bit annoying to me though for some reason. Love the first game a lot.

I haven't played much of S. & P. because at the time I just couldn't get the hang of it control wise. maybe I will give it another chance sometime soon or close to the release of S. & P. 2 and see if the controls seem a lot better from wat I can watch from that cool trailer.

Cube Controller, Control Type C. Can't go wrong.

thanks for the tip! i was doign fine the first few times i played it (on the VC) with Type A controls but these are much better. They still took some time getting used to.. too bad you cant customize controls completely.

Games like this need it, i think i'd be much better off if i could strafe with the control stick, aim with the c-stick, jump with L and shoot with R. That'd be an ideal set up for this game, but no i have to deal with the funky layout of the GC pad*

In F-zero GX i had an awesome set up, i'm glad sega let you change whatever button you felt like, more games should have the option.

*funky in that it can't emulate the n64 controller that well in this game. The only other n64 game i have on VC is Mario Kart and the c buttons arent really used in that game. The way nintendo handled button mappin with OoT on the GC collectors disc was good, so i know there are some games that can be done well, just so happens this isnt one of them.

I've never played Sin & Punishment.  It looks like the game play is somewhat akin to star fox.  true?
