It's not "made" by atlus, it's being published by Atlus.  Very, very large difference.

It's made by grasshopper (Killer 7, Samurai Champloo) and another team that is very important but who's name escapes me right now.

scuse me. I meant to say "published by Atlus".  I already knew it was made by the people that created Killer 7.

Contact is going to be awesome.  It's my #1 most anticipated DS game at the moment.

Why must all things be so bright? Why can things not appear only in hues of brown! I am so serious about this! Dull colors are the future! The next generation! I will never accept a world with such bright colors! It is far too childish! I will rage against your cheery palette with my last breath!

Oh hells yes.  This game has been high on my To Buy list every since it was announced.

Too bad its being released so close to the Wii's release.  I may have to start practicing gaming triage.

There are some sweet new screenshots and artwork on http://www.gamesarefun.com/news.php?newsid=6670">GamesAreFun.  This game was under my radar for a long time, but it slowly made it's way up, and these shots put it at the top of my list.  "Weaksauce, as they say."

That massive damage screen is awesome.

Seriously, I think Atlus and Ubisoft are warring over a place in my heart as favorite third-party publisher. Majesco may be a distant third.

Argh, I tried to fix that link myself, but it looks like I wandered off after some shiny object while waiting for the 1 minute post limit to pass.     RPGamer has the entire game manual up in PDF form.  The Professor has blog entries on every page of the manual.  The cliche internet survey in his last entry is funny (well, they're all pretty funny) and it adds a bit of intrigue when he admits that he's keeping secrets from Terry.

Ok, after reading the preview on IGN, this game has gone into must-own status.

Bumping because you damn well must buy this game.

Couchmonkey, nice Nester comic ava.  I forgot which one that chick was in/what she did....maybe she was in the Maniac Mansion one?  Or perhaps Zelda?...

I was going to get this, but I've played way too many RPGs lately.  I'm really craving Zelda/Metroid right now, so after I finish Fire Emblem I'm probably going to just wait for those.
This is a possibility, but not right now.  I want to play it, but RPGs have just worn me out.  I don't enjoy them in the same way.

I think this is going to be pretty unique compared to your average RPG.  It's not as serious and hopefully not an 80 hour mega-quest.  However, I can see what you're thinking Hostile, I've gotten over-Zelda'd lately playing both Majora's Mask and Minish Cap, and I may have to take a break before I really dive into Twighlight Princess (unless I finish both games in the next week or so).
