I have been intrigued by this game since I frist saw it.  Now that it has been released in Japan anyone have any comments on it.  Anyone import it and if so how import friendly is it.

Just wondering

I'm planning to get it, but that doesn't really help you.

IGN Cube has impressions up for it.

Apparently not many.  Only 6848 sold in Japan on the first day.  Not bad but Capcom can't be happy that the game got beaten by a DC game called Pia Carrot.

There are some impression about this game in n-philes forums
and in GameSpot. The one in gamespot really talks bad about
the game and the one on the forums makes the game looks
good.

This game is actually sounding pretty good imo. Too bad it only sold 6000 copies in japan, CAPBOMB!

Looks like IGN took a peak at it, too.   My only-moderate interest in this game is waning more by the day.  I shoulda known when the bulk of screenshots were of the main character's outfits...

Jump around lasers and shoot robots... it's a dying concept (mechs don't count).  I haven't had that kind of action since the Mega Man games on SNES.  I'm getting this game regardless.

I'm more interested in Killer 7, Capcom-wise.

7000 is pretty reasonable actually.  If u think about it should end up selling 45 k in the frist week and should make it to the 150 k eventually.

Nah, doesnt work that way at all. It might sell 100 000 worldwide no more, my guess.
Im gonna buy it regardless.

I'm inclined to agree with Hemmorhoid. A game normally sells the most copy the first day it comes out then it trails off as the week comes to a close. My guess is that it will sell 10,000 the first week in Japan and maybe if they Capcom is lucky it will hit 30K overall. Well I'm sure it will sell better than that in the states. Especially if they market the game purely on sex appeal.....I mean thats would sold Tomb Raider.

seems as though the game is a little shallow after all
ill buy it if it scores 9.0 plus or close reviews
not that games below 9 are bad, but
in this wide array of cube super games, you have to pick the best if your not rich

i do hope for capcoms sake that this title sells well
but im much more excited about Killer 7

That's exactly what I thought.

Originally, PN03 was sounding like a "Devil May Cry" in space, but was changed for that exact reason. I ask you, would a "Devil May Cry" clone set in space have been such a bad thing?

i thought that it would be like dmc too, but once she lost the guns, the game kind of lost my interest, no matter how shallow u think that is.

I wonder how many ripoffs Eidos will implement into the latest Tomb Raider. Deus Ex ripoffs that is.
Not only does the Tomb Raider feature the French Catecombs but in the very first pic I saw of the game, it showed a scene with laser security senses that practically looked like something out of DE.
Talk about milking a franchise by implemented Deus Ex library data and Deus Ex stages.
