Don't know what #2 comes from but #3 is from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Un_Chien_Andalou]Un Chien Andalou which is a 1929 silent film. The eyeball being slit is a dead calf's eye as mentioned in the Wikipedia article.

Is it wrong that none of this stuff posted has bothered me so far? I'm beginning to feel like there is something wrong with me.
