General Gaming / Why do nintendo fans hate Xbox so much?

Heh, everday there's another system to hate? Super Nintendo, Sega. XD N64, Psx. Roflmao.

Anyways, I have also been a Nintendo-fan all my life. Never really HATED...Sega, cause I never tried it out, never got one of their systems. I wasn't as hardcore back then about games. >.> Anyways. I love the Xbox compared to the Psx/2. My Ps2 works as good as my NES, which is pretty damn bad if you consider I don't have the plug to my NES. Xbox has maybe one game I like...Halo. Halo..is probably my favorite game. It is so friggin fun, Maybe it's because I read the novel, Halo: The Fall of Reach, but it has a great storyline. And the music is awsome, the graphics are good, the Multiplayer is great, the easter eggs, well, let's just say I hunt everyday for more glitches and easter eggs to hold me off til PlanetSide! :: cheer :: And Halo 2!!!! And it doesn't take forever and a day to load like on the Ps2, with it's few good games. Anyways, Gamecube still has my main man, Mario. :: nod nod ::

General Gaming / Xbox Controller for the PC?

I was wondering, since obviously I, Pat, can not find one, that one of you'd know. O.o Is there a adapter I can get to play with my Xbox controller on the PC? I know I found an adapter for USB items to be played on the Xbox, but I don't find that very useful in my situation. If there is, could you tell me where to look? Or maybe there's a controller like the Xbox's, but made for the PC? Eh eh? Cause I gotta get one to play PlanetSide, Halo got me too used to playing with it's controller setup. <.< >.>

Yea, I heard about it. Check out the website, I forget the Address though. >/ Anyways, I think it's possible. It says it has like..a whole lotta games already. Maybe it uses PC games? And notice how there isn't any controller outlets? Mmhm. Gonna cost alot I bet. Maybe around 350 American Dollars. O.o

Here's what you gotta do..
       Say all the bad things about the other systems, make them seem like they have all this junk, and nothing good..Cause people hardly ever look at the good things. Then talk about all the good things on the Cube. :B Always works. Well, for me atleast. Quality's better than quantity.

Ps2 Library = Probably about Fifteen good games out of..lots. The rest are Ps1 games played..over..and over..XD
Xbox Library = Halo. :: drool :: Sooo....awesome....
Gamecube Library = QUALITY GAMES!! THIS IS THE STUFF!! O.O Mario, Metroid, Zelda, Pikmin, Luigi, Animal Crossing, etc. And that's only by Nintendo! And just off the top of my head! Sheesh..I might wet myself if I think of anything else better than Halo and Nintendo goodstuff.

the game could be very cool. you could even have 4 GBA's plugged into one GC, and have a big puppet show, or puppet brawl, or something. Maybe a puppet RPG

x.o Aol. >/ Kick meh off..Oh well. Yea, the article for N.U.D.E. is in the December 2002 issue of Play, the one with Samus, on page 018. It's just a small, half page article, with a picture to the side of it. It stands for Natural Ulimate Digital Experiment. The system for the gameplay is supposed to be like Seaman, Sega's er..game on Dreamcast. o.O Except you nurture the development of a anime chick..looks hentaisih. o.o; the picture looks like it has good graphics. @.@ The rest of the article just talks about how you teach her everything, she's basicly a mindless hottie when you start out with her. O.o Doesn't say if it'll ever reach stateside, but they stated When it does reach stateside..etc, so possibly it will. :B I'm sure I can do alot of stuff with this game. >.>! ::Stuffs magazine back under pile of other magazines:: o.o;

Don't ask me what it stands for, but in my opinion, it does sound like a rather original concept. Kinda like "Hey You, Pikachu" except with an actual purpose to the communication..
And I have no doubt it'll be a smash hit in it's homeland. I mean c'mon, it's where the likes of hentai (Not to mention gore hentai ;_; ) and buying panties via vending machines were born!

It was stated in one of the Play magazines, the issue with Samus on the front? Lemme go check and I'll get back to you. :B And yea, it's called N.U.D.E. >.>; -will check now.

Ok, now, about what other games will they make...well..let's treat the Triforce as it's own system. Maybe it will have it's own games, right? It's own developers, just for the Arcade, like developers JUST for the PC. Maybe Sony and Microsoft will get interested and try to compete with the Triforce, starting the race again. Though will this take away the love for Consoles?! O.O! :: gasp:: ! Nooooooo!

WoO! Sorry, I've been out playing some Metroid, some Halo, sticking up for my Samus girl. Mmhm. Anyways, back to the plan..:: sits in Dr Evil chair :: >.> <.< I think Nintendo is getting alot of the ports from Dreamcast because, well, they're giving alot of extras, and I think most of the oldschool Sega fans :: is a newbie Sega Fan, hardcore Nintendo Fan >D :: are going towards Nintendo systems for their quality games, like the Dreamcast has. And what about these updated ports? All quality games here. Skies of Arcadia? One friggin awesome game there. And the Sonics? :: drools :: And the rest of the gang? But then..when you think of Panzar Dragoon or Shinobi..do you get that craving to go to Sega HQ and..raid the place to get it?! I don't..>.> And Sega cannned the Sports games on the NGC because, well..I think someone already said it..O.o But..EA Sports are stomping the market for sports games right now. I'm not big into sports games though..Can anyone say...Nintendo + Sega = Sintenga?

Mmk..Now, I'm not saying Squaresoft has ALWAYS been evil, I loved them during the SNES/ Super Famicom era..:roolness:: But..they did good in the Psone age..but..Ps2..does anyone think that they're just pulling out ideas from their older games? Or that..they aren't original? The Bouncer was a good twist but..too short. FFX seemed to be an ok game but..too much like FF4. :/ I think Square is trying to pull off some moves to get back the money that they lost creating FF The Spirits Within. It was a good movie but, not many people knew of Final Fantasy that go to see movies on a daily basis. And that surely did not make up the cost Square used to create those eye-candy graphics. But, is it possible, that Square will make a new Final Fantasy, in their final hours, like FF1? That inspired them to make such a GREAT game? Is it?! Can it be..?

I say..we get FF6 and Seiken Densetsu 3 (Secret of Mana 2 for those of you who don't know. >.> <.< on GBA. So what if the sound is a little worst on the GBA than the SNES, of if the sound is better on the GBA than the SNES, I'd love to get my hands on FF6 that I can play on the go, and to get a legal translated Seiken Densetsu 3 to play, especially when I get that..thinger..for the my Gamecube, the GBA Player? O.o Something like that..? Oh, and just to put in my lil comment again..::sigh:: ..Why didn't Nintendo put in an AC adapter outlet on the GBA again? >/ ::hates losing Samus in Metroid Fusion to Batteries:: >/!!!! Samus..O Samus..where has thou gone?

Now..Does anyone feel that Nintendo and Sega a getting along great together? Almost like they have allied up to rid the world of the evil factions (Sony, Microsoft, namely Sony)? I think so. I mean, no to get off subject, but what about the Triforce Board? And F-Zero? I mean..F-Zero is a Nintendo game, always been, but now Nintendo allows their nemesis to develop it? Is it possible? I think Nintendo and Sega should join up. Combine powers. Create that utopia of my dreams, Sintenga. Ofcourse, I might be wrong, seeing that Rare developed alot of Nintendo produced games, and they left the S.S. Nintendo this round. ::shrug:: Just a thought.
