A classic game gets remade in 3D, and a bunny steals some carrots.

This week Nintendo's downloadable services sees six new games spread across its services, including the latest 3D remake of a classic game.

3D Classics: Xevious is the exclusive highlight of the eShop. The game retains the classic arcade gameplay, but adds 3D visuals. It is available for $5.99.

The update also announced Nintendo Video for the eShop, which will be fully available at a later date. The service promises short 2D and 3D videos. No other details were given about the feature. A short video is on the eShop, which teases College Humor support.

For both the eShop and DSiWare, three new games are available. The first of these is Antipole by Saturnine Games, a gravitational platformer where players use gravity to avoid enemies and obstacles. Players can download the game for $4.99.

The second is Kung Fu Dragon by Agetec, a title in which players complete their kung fu training by climbing up a waterfall. The higher they climber, the bigger their score will be. It is available for $1.99.

Finally, Trollboarder from Enjoy Gaming LTD, a snowboarding game starring trolls, is new this week. You can race and complete various achievements as well as face other trolls. It is available on DSiWare/eShop for $1.99.

The lone WiiWare game is Bobby Carrot Forever by FDG Entertainment. A puzzle/platformer, players guide Bobby through several levels as he collects carrots throughout 70 levels. Bobby Carrot Forever can be downloaded for 800 Wii Points ($8).

I wonder what the "Nintendo Video" will be like. I've said this in 2 or 3 other posts, but I'd love it if they made little short cartoons with Donkey Kong, Mario, and/or other Nintendo characters for it. (Now this will be asking TOO much probably, but it would be REALLY great if you can store is ON your 3DS like you do with the games you download.)

If Nintendo Week is any indication I am not waiting for Nintendo Video.

Has anyone seen the 'video' for Nintendo Video ? Soooooooooo pointless  :@

What a tease to have this, I hope its coming sooner rather than later. The fact it has college humor in the graphic makes me hopeful it will be interesting . The info video stated it will be saved on SDcard, so not sure if you can cache the videos via that or its just for saving the channel.

Xevious 3D looks good ( I watched the video) but I'm not into it.

That gravity game seems somewhat interesting but nothing for me this week.

Yeah, I'm not too keen on that one.  College humor has, unfortunately, become seriously unfunny for me in the past year.  It used to be absolutely hilarious, especially Elephant Larry videos like the Sexually Confused Ninja and the Retarded Test.  But now they don't do Bleep Bloop anymore, which was sometimes funny, Jake and Amir  used to be funny and stupid, now it's just stupid, and Hardly Working is hardly funny.   As that site has gotten bigger and bigger, it's gotten worse and worse.

The only good thing are the Dorkly short videos, but really, would Nintendo ever give us "Zelda with a Portal Gun?"

Oh yeah, I know I have 2 sealed copies of that game.   1 is for trading.  But people who collect Amiibos?  They really have a problem!

College Humor is great just for sponsoring Very Mary Kate.  Which is awesome.
Just some random guy on the internet who has a different opinion of games than you.

Oh man, I just remembered that one.  Are they still running that series?   Haven't seen it on the main page for a while.  I love that girl, she is hilarious.   I've seen her on a lot of their other videos, and I think she was in a Bleep Bloop where they made fun of really crappy girly Wii games.  Like from Ubisoft and stuff.
