And just like that they resolve all the main issues I've had. (It was like they consulted me on future episodes. That's how resolved it is.) But I guess it was fairly obvious.

Still cheesy as ever, but still fun. I always like DC superheros and villians so keep on piling them in.

Ha ha! I was waiting for you to catch up some more. Since I'm up to date, I knew what was coming and that all the objections you mentioned were soon to be resolved. It was sort of hilarious reading them and how everything you were asking for would soon take place.

Season 2 episode 12 or when he reveals his identity to Roy. Speaking of which, why is that the only way to solve a crisis? He's done that like four times. Batman would have, you know, not done that. But I guess superheros say "We can't all be Batman" too.

So you have to be shot to join the crew? This is worse than the Yakuza.

BnM, I finally got your method acting joke. I noticed it long before, but it took me a while to put 2 and 2 together. She looks terrrrriiibbbble. I wonder if the writers noticed it first and were like "we could use this." Cheeky bastards.

Helena is pretty annoying too but only because they keep circling around the triangle affair. If Oliver were a man, he would cut them both off but *sigh*.....he isn't.

In fact, Oliver does literally the exact opposite of what I would do in almost every situation that doesn't involve him actually fighting. Sometimes I feel proud of him finally standing up for himself, only for him to ruin it moments later. If he really wants to be a superhero, he's dragging way too many people and relationships along. I know they already dealt with him trying to be an asshole and he failed, but being completely easy to read emotionally is worse. Try again. Tell everyone to **** off. Bang the hottest women you can find. And be irresponsible with your wealth (while being responsible with your company). It's that easy. No one will ever ask for your help or want you to love them again, and you know what? They'll all be protected.

And for the love of Jebus, stop messing with Felicity. Poor girl. You don't need another chick that loves you and who knows your identity. Make it all business, no pleasure. That "You'll always be my girl" comment sounded sweet but that fucked you in the long run. You could have played it so you could bang her if you wanted to at damn near anytime and have it mean nothing, but now if you do, you're locked in. For instance, you could play the asshole and then one fateful night show up drunk and reveal just a bit of humanity, a bit of a chink in the armor and you're in. Then resume being an asshole. But nooooope. Which brings me to my last point....

Where the **** is Barry? Coma is weak writing but I understand why they did it. But the Flash was always a better character in my opinion. He needs to show up soon.

Obviously, I'm getting way to into this, but other than DIGGLE MY NIGGLE, no one has there heads on straight and it's tough to watch. Luckily, the story is so ridiculously quick that you never care for more than a minute (although you're reminded when the action stops).

Well, originally they planned on The Flash to show up again at the end of the season to air a backdoor episode, but those plans changed when his original 2 episode arc was met with great acceptance, so they decided to shoot a full stand alone pilot instead.
So what i'm trying to say is that the only way you will see The Flash again this season, is in a teaser trailer for his own show during the Arrow season finale.

Game of Thrones
The trial is going to be sooo good
Jaime made a deal with Tywin to retire to Castely Rock and produce children with the actual "Lannister" name for sparing Tyrion's life.
But Cersei had manipulated the trial to the point where Tyrion couldn't take the lies and the betrayal and the heartbreak, so he demand Trial By Combat.
Speculation:
Last time Bronn stepped in and fought for Tyrion's innocence even it was clear that Jaime (the requested representation) couldn't show up, but I just know that Jaime, who had been training with Bronn at the request of Tyrion, will be present and volunteer himself to defend his brother's innocence.
This of course directly conflicts with Tywin's plan to retire Jaime to make more sons to carry on the Lannister name, because if Jaime looses his fight to defend Tyrion, not only does Tyrion die, but Jaime would already be dead/dying.
So now I wonder who Cersei/The court would choose to deliver "justice" against a Jaime/Tyrion defense.
Would The Mountain make a return? Would the knight that was going to beat Sansa before Tyrion stopped him step up?
Remember that no-one, except for Tyrion, Bronn & Jaime know that Jaime is a very skilled swordsman with his left hand now. Everyone else still thinks him leading the Kings Guard is a joke and that he can't actually fight.

Edit: I actually think that Tywin might choose Bronn, who supposedly escorted Tywins "whore" Shae out of the city, to fight for "justice" since he knows that is Tyrion's go to guy and the only likely person to volunteer to fight for Tyrion like the first time. That is when Jaime will volunteer himself. That is when Tywin will realize that he is fucked either way. What would happen next at that point?

So hopefully they pick up on that in the next episode...

This preview shows a great moment from the book.

It even inspired fanart of it's own:

Also in upcoming episodes there will be another scene that also had a great fan comic recreation.

I will probably link that too, once it airs. It's great.

Continuum: Two clunky episodes in a row which a lot of nothing happens. The show has been spinning it's wheels very hard since introducing the time travel element last season, doing absolutely nothing with it. It's kind of concerning how they're spinning wheels in a 13 episode season.

American Dad: Genevieve Vavance is awesome. That is all.

Man....that last little speech that Tyrion gives gave me goosebumps. I mean, how pissed would you be? Betrayed by everyone (other than Jaime)? Your family, your loved one, the city which you saved? I would be livid.

That scene was perfect.

What's even more perfect is that there are so many ways it can be handles.

In all scenario's though, Tyrion has fucked up Tywin's plans as Jaime is no longer held to his agreement to retire now that Tyrion has declared Trial by Combat.

And who decides their champion first also could change the outcome of events.
Tyrion could choose to fight for himself and demand to face his accuser (LOL Tyrion vs Cersei - not gonna happen, but that would be HILARIOUS*) to which they may laugh and then call upon Jaime to face his little brother. (*Maybe he ask to face his father in combat to the death...?)
Tyrion could call upon Jaime to defend him... and then of course Tywin would probably envoke some clauses from the rule book stating that a member of the King's Guard couldn't stand against the prosection/King and defend the accused (especially in a case of King Slaying). And then he wouldn't be able to call upon Bronn, because he isn't even present (...currently under investigation or something I think)
The Lannisters could call first and call upon The Mountain, who I don't think we've seen since he was banished way back in s1.... but if they did that, then I'm sure that either Tyrion would call upon or this person would volunteer their services because that was the main reason he came to King's Landing - Prince Oberon
(this might put a kink in Tywin's plan as well, as he need Dorne(?) on his side and having their prince slayed in battle would probably not go over well - Tywin could also evoke some clause in the rule books against a judge on the trial - prior to TbC - cannot be considered champion)
unless by some chance The Hound wanders back into the area, but I don't think Tyrion would name him, and I doubt The Hound would come back regardless. I'm not even sure he knows that Joffrey is dead BTW.

So many ways it could go and all of them I wouldn't be mad to see.

Also I'm gonna laugh if after all is said and done, The Lannisters have so much infighting that they destroy themselves, the White walkers come in and tear **** up, Stannis comes and cleans most of that up, and then by the time Daenarys shows up, she just walks right into Kings Landing and claims the throne unchallenged.... huge army w/ 3 dragons, and didn't even need them.
Oh and she marry's Rob Snow, adopts the stark kids and everyone remaining lives happily ever after.

It's pretty interesting, for sure. The trail could go anyway but I feel as if a twist is coming. I mean, I don't see Tyrion being allowed in King's Landing regardless of the outcome of his trail. Cersie wants him dead but banished will do also, the only thing that can't happen is him still being around after a successful Trial by Combat. Tywin has the same motivation as well. Though he cares less about Tyrion, him being around after Tywin went to such degree to bring an alliance together would shame him (for who would want to be allied to such a ridiculous family), but more importantly, it would give more cause for Tyrion to kill him, not only for revenge but because if Tywin dies, the Lannister family name is his to carry.

I'm glad I invested the time to watch it. In three seasons, it's done more than most shows since Breaking Bad and The Wire story wise. The heroes are great; the villians are better; and the whole thing seems to be more and more a futuristic causality. An excellent show that, I wish, could be on HBO.

Person of Interest: Let me elaborate now that I have a keyboard infront of me.

Ok, I am shocked to find out that Decima was behind Vigilance the entire time, and everything Vigilance thought they were doing, everything they thought they thought up themselves was actual all part of a larger plan and contained inside a bubble. Old Man Decima played the long con like a master.

Root, I thought she had a much different objective with the 7 servers, maybe uploading a virus in to Samaritan to go live when it did, but really it was just 1 server to hardcode a blindspot per person involved with "Team Machine". I also don't know how Shaw found Root or snuck her way in undetected in just the knick of time, but those are details I choose not to focus on.

What I would like to know is how will they blend into society and will they still be taking numbers. What is their play from here on out? how do they stop Samaritan now that it is nationwide? Once it has access it will never give it up, and all they need to do is put cameras in any additional blind spots and Samaritan will take care of itself. Hopefully Harold has a backdoor trojan in the original code somewhere that has a some sort of "kill switch" or "safety latch" or something.

Agents of SHIELD

Man these last 8-10 episodes have been a fun ride. What a turn around for a show. Captain America reveal was holding this show back storywise as once that became known. HAIL HYDRA. all hell broke loose and everything changed. Granted the show could have been much better in the first half if Loeb didn't have his relatively unconnected episodes preventing some early serialization (that seems to be where everyone is placing blame), but even that was only half the problem.

Now for that finale. LOL, there were some good moments here, and few LOLbad moments too.
Most of the May vs Ward fight was pretty good. She finally got to let a little loose.

Skye had a good bit in this, and exposing the "Incentive Program" helped them turn the tide.
for those that didn't get it, as several review sites seemed to overlook, the "Incentive Program" was nullified by Skye freeing the hostages that were being used to incentivize people to perform their duties. Such as Mike "Deathlok" Peterson being incentivized to stay loyal because Hydra had his son.

I'm not sure what happened to Tripplet during the whole base invasion and stopping of Garrett and Ward, but was on the bus at The Playground so he should be on the team for s2.

LMD or Clone twin... actual brother of Koenig maybe? He did say he was playing CoD with his brother alot I believe... I would have to look again.

And Fitz... what happened to Fitz!? brain damaged? they didn't even show him again after the rescue. whats up with that?

Graviton moves to S2 along with Raina, who seemed to be heavy hinting to Inhumans coming to the MCU, which wouldn't be a surprise.  "evolving... though the mist.... what will I become?"

And Coulson drawing out that "alien" text on the wall like Garrett did earlier, which is the same "alien" text we say back in the episode with the black chick that had the first remote viewing eye.
I'm guessing this all ties back into the blue alien in Project TAHITI which will have some relevance to GotG in a few months, and then will be revisited in s2 in the fall.

Fury actually played a big part in this episode, and even though it was a little cheesy, it was still fun.
Him showing up in the base just in the place he needed to be where Coulson was out manned and out gunned, and hands him a BIG ASS GUN to get the job done was pretty LOLbad, and Coulson taking out full on Deathlok Garrett at the end was fucking LOLgood. completely unexpected with the punchline joke to top it off. But Coulson getting the toolbox to rebuild SHIELD and become the director of it was also unexpected.

but this is also a good direction for next season, as seeing that Agent Carter has a full 13 ep order and will be airing in the mid season break slot of AoS, the show could touch on similar connecting themes.
1st half of AoS s2 could be about getting everything back to together and getting back on their feet.
then Agent Carter airs and shows the origins of SHIELD and the people that made it happen
2nd half of AoS s2 airs and makes call backs to those origins as Couslon gets SHIELD 2.0 up and running again.

And who was Raina talking to at the end... Skye's dad? Who could that be? Are we still lined up for a possible Jessica Drew? who could that be? what was he dripping... blood?

Some unanswered questions, but lots of new threads opened up to follow into season 2 like:
-What was the blue alien. and why didn't it affect Skye mentally like it did Garrett and Coulson?
-Ward is still alive, with a fractured trachea. Will he try to redeem himself since he was ready to put down Garrett for going so far of his expected course and revealing himself to not really be tied to Hydra or Shield, but just Garrett in general.
-Who was the man Raina was talking to, what makes her think that her and Skye are the same inside, and how does this relate to that man.
-Will Coulson be able to rebuild SHIELD?
-What happens to Fitz now? brain damaged? does he become something more, since they have the tech to rebuild a brain that has been dead...
-Gravitonium... what will they do with it. when will it become sentient?

and more that are not coming to me at the moment

So overall:
1st half of AoS = C with a few C+/B- episodes
2nd half of AoS = B+ with a few A- moments.

and I also have to say that AoS overtook Arrow for these last few episodes of the season outside of a few shocking Arrow moments. So I hope the Arrow s2 Finale brings the pain and takes back the comic show HYPE crown. They've kinda dropped the ball so far with this 3 episode finale, but it could still come around.

POI: The series was just blown completely up with that finale. The look on Collier's face when he realised that Greer was manipulating him from the start was heartbreaking.

The three hackers that Root worked with all got a server of their own, meaning that there is a very good chance all three can return if needed. Also... Fusco, Zoe, Leon and Finch's hacker friend Monica (possibly!) all aren't, so they are on the "outside" and have the biggest advantage - Decima doesn't know about them. The possibilities are are very very wide.

BNM, some thoughts  - there's a chance Claypool wrote a secret code/virus into Samaritan, like Finch did with Northern Lights, to alter its behaviour

Can someone explain how a show this good can sit on a network next to CSI and NCIS?

Well don't read anything you just quoted under the spoiler text, because it is spoilered for a reason.
It was a really fun episode with good jokes, cheesy lines, good action, new threads, a few answers, some sacrifice and few surprises.
It was a really good finale for a show that started off more than a little rough.

BOOM Arrow ends S2 with a bang.

And almost the entire thing was predicted with no surprises to be had.

Why won't Officer Lance just call Ollie by his damn name, this whole "plausible deniability" thing is so fucking stupid it distracts me from the show. Just end it already and make all the necessary jokes that should have already been happening.

Laurel gets kidnapped, Officer Lance's very first stop is over to Queen Consolidated, in the CEO office.... where Sarah is dressed as Canary, Nyssa is looking hot as ****, Felicity is just chillin', and The Arrow is standing there. There is no more denying it, just address it to the group so Ollie can stop doing the awkward head down turn away as if you weren't just standing face to face in full view.
That is like my pet peeve with this show.

Ignore the stupid plot by Amanda Waller to do the Avengers play and nuke the city because of 51 guys (and a girl) that you can't defeat with a punch or a 9mm to the chest.
1st choice of appropriate response.... nuke. Perfectly reasonable.
Small missles or grenades.... nah. Nuke.
But they work just fine.... nope. Nuke em.

And the super late reaction of the guard getting shot at ARGUS. That was LOLworthy.

What about the non existent security at the "SuperMaxx" prison that Slade is being held at. It's just a hatch and a ladder to a cell.

Rochev getting killed mid sentence was also pretty LOL worthy.

Overall I was a little underwhelmed with finale and the way they jumped around constantly (knocked out, then at Queen Consolidated..... unconscious on table, fighting in clock tower...) But overall it was entertaining.
And they did name drop SuperMaxx, but I was less than impressed with what I saw.
But season 3 should pick up off of the island, so that's a plus. I wonder who the big bad well be next season though.

Arrow finale was satisfying enough for me.

Thea going dark side was nice. I'm glad they have paired down the cast. Thea, Sara, Moira (RIP), Slade, Summer Glau's character, Maybe Detective Lance, exit stage left. Let's bring on the new hotness. Hong Kong looks cool. I'm guessing Ollie gets chipped and has to go on assassination missions for Waller. I'm looking to fresh new action for the season 3. We need a new villian/scenario/threat.

I'm going to make a prediction that Season 5 is going to be all about the list again. Oliver has to be obsessed about the list before he gets rescued and I'm guessing there will be a twist in present day where the list meant more than previously thought.YOU HAVE FAILED THIS CITY

The Originals

Man, what a finale. Season started off great, hit a low point around 2/3 and then pulled out for a very strong finish.
Next season should be very good with how everything is shaping up for Klause & Co.
I'm expecting some more resurrecting on tomorrow's Vampire Diaries. Maybe a long lost brother to reunite a certain family.... possibly some old friends of the VD crew too. VD certainly does need some old blood back, so I hope that finale is anywhere near as good as TO was tonite.
