I would have bought it if it came to the States.

Maybe if I go to Europe some time I can grab it there.

Yeah, I just saw some shelves filled with it for 15€. There's a Fritz chess game for the Wii too, that may be a better game.

Wii Chess supports the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection, so it would be fun to play friends online. It really came out of nowhere with Nintendo just releasing it in Europe with almost no prior announcement. The game must have bombed because when they decided to release it in Japan they released it as a WiiWare game rather than as a retail game.

Yay for catchup week!

I want Bubble Bobble, plus the WW games are cheaper here. That is nice.
Makes me wonder if devs watch sales in one region and if it doesn't sell terribly well then they reduce the price for other regions. Plaatchen got a 500 point reduction when it came to NA.

You are thinking of Balderdash. Nope, they aren't related. I don't know if it is any good though, any PAL gamers here play it?

I bought Boulderdash 2 for the C64 back in the day...

It's a pretty well known and often cloned concept, you try to collect gems in an underground mine by digging through dirt in four directions, there are walls, rocks that fall if nothing is below them and can crush you, enemies, etc. It's pretty much a puzzle game as it's not easy to figure out where to dig and when to avoid blocking pathes off, detonate the right walls and not get crushed.

OK, for a second I thought it might have been Japanese version of a Wario game. I forgot how Warios name went in Japanese.
