Here goes:

New Super Mario Bros. for Wii has four players and a new cap (propeller).
Wii Fit Plus has new exercises, counts cals, and lets you design your own workout.
Wii Sports Resort will feature sky diving, canoeing, basketball, and archery.

Some DS stuff... (James Patterson murder mystery, Ubisoft's C.O.P. looks like GTA, Nintendo's beauty shop game is coming Stateside)

Iwata revealed the Vitality Sensor, which is supposed to help gamers get more relaxed by attaching to a player's finger and reading his/her pulse. Details were slim.

Reggie reveals Mario Galaxy 2, which includes shootin' 'round space with Yoshi. He reviewed upcoming 3rd party games: Conduit, RE Darkside, and Dead Space (all of which will be on the show floor).

The show finished with the reveal of a Team Ninja / Nintendo joint project for a 3rd-person Metroid for Wii called Metroid: other M. It looks to focus on story, has nice looking cutscenes and sweet bosses.

Wii Sports archery looked like so much fun. This is the first time I've been really excited for Wii Sports 2 since it was announced.

Golden Sun DS was really my biggest omg pee my pants it's about time moment. 

The new Metroid was indeed shocking but I was more surprised at the fact that this will be the fourth Metroid game for Wi including the Wimakes.
