Maybe the game is fun (wouldn't be the first game that looks bad but is fun to play).

Wouldn't say it looks like an N64 game (I hear this a lot and it is always an exaggeration) but it does look bland and boring though.

Can somebody check the Wii Shop Channel (I don't have access to my Wii right now) and check the price of Mega Man 2? Nintendo's official website has the price of it at 800 Wii Points (http://www.nintendo.com/wii/virtualconsole/games/detail/ABoFMyJgokTXHeGlXnJ4vEuU7RBkfqM8). This would mean they RAISED the price of it, the game used to be 500 Wii Points. I don't think this has happened on the North American Virtual Console (I think it has happened in Europe). I can't think of any reason for it either.

bust a move is fun. a few problems.

1) Turning the crank is to slow.

2) Single player is huge and requires you play until the end. No saving halfway or anything.

3) No online stuff at all, except content

Nintendo would rather release nothing at all than release Super Smash Bros., a game that we know is ready whenever they want to use it. I think they're trying to see how little they can support the system and still have it sell this well, a theory directly contradicted by 6 straight weeks of 3 WiiWare titles a week.

So we know we will be getting episode 1 of Tales of Monkey Island on WiiWare tomorrow. Hopefully we get at least 2 Virtual Console games to make up for last weeks inexcusable goose egg we got (there are about 20 VC games that Europe has that they could have given us, including Super Smash Bros.)
