Welcome to the Hogwart's School of DEATH. That's right, the game of mafia has now moved in to the magical castle. Voldemort and his agents sneak inside the castle disguised as students, and begin killing off all of the students, one by one. Professor Dumbledoor, desperate to stop these killings and rid the castle of Voldemort and his Death Eaters, he makes new rules for the inhabitants of the castle...
"Seeing as we have yet to find Voldemort or any of his folllowers, I have decided to put these rules into affect:"
VOTING: Each day, a vote will take place (9:30am to 10:30 pm). Please note this is EST. What you do in the vote is cast a vote for who you think could be a villanous Death Eater. To vote simply say in bold letters, Vote (name of person you are accusing). If you want to change your vote, put a slash through your previous vote amd unbold it, then say what your new vote is.
NIGHT ACTIONS: Some players have special abilities that can be used during the nighttime (those roles will be described later). Night actions take place from 10:30pm to 11:00pm, still in EST. To send in a night action, Private Message (PM) the host (Me) and tell me what your action is. If a night action is sent after 11:00pm EST, the action will not count.
DAY ACTIONS: Certain roles have actions they can use during the day. To send in a day action, you just PM me like with night actions. However, day actions must come in during the day (hence the name). If a day action is sent in during the time night actions are sent in, the action will not count.
THE TOWNIES: The Townies (in this case, the Hogwarts Students) are innocent magicians-in-training. Their job is simple: to try and vote off evil Mafia members through deduction, looking at past voting, or a simple VENDETTA!!!!!!1 vote. There are special townies that have certain roles they can use.
The Minister of Magic: The MoM can investigate one person during the day of their choice. To investigate someone, send me a PM of who you want tp investigate. I'll PM you back telling you the role of the player. However, Voldemort is invisible to investigation.
The Auror: The Auror has the ability to protect one person from attack during the night. To protect someone, PM me with the name of the player you wish to protect. That player becomes invulnerable to any night actions, so that player cannot be harmed. However, the Auror does not know the roles of every player.
THE MAFIA: The Mafia (in this case, the Death Eaters) are evil people that try to kill off innocent townies. Regular Death Eaters are like the townie role, except they try to vote off townie players. Also, unlike townies, each mafia member knows who is in the mafia. There are certain roles in the mafia as well:
The Snatcher: The Snatcher works like the Minister of Magic, he or she investigates the player of their choice during the day.
Voldemort: Voldemort is the godfather of the mafia (in this case, the leader of the Deather Eaters). Voldemort has the power to kill a player during the night. To kill someone, just send me a PM teling me the name of the person you wish to kill. The next day, that player will be dead, a victim of the evil Dark Lord. However, if that person is protected by the Auror, the player will survive. Voldemort is invisible to investigation, meaning he shows up as a townie.
There's one other role that's appearing in this game:
The Corrupted Wizard: The Corrupted Wizard is a wizard gone mad, and now he's made his way into Hogwarts. This madman has the power to kill anyone, either during the day or during the night. To kill someone, send me a PM telling me the name of the person you wish to kill. However, success is varied: there's a 50% chance the kill will fail, and a 50% chance it will succeed.
