What can I do at Club Nintendo?

    * Earn Coins for registering Nintendo products and completing surveys
    * Redeem Coins for limited edition Rewards
    * Earn a set amount of Coins each year to gain Gold and Platinum status
    * Create a Family Account and invite members of your family to join
    * Register your newly purchased Wii console or Nintendo DS on Club Nintendo and extend your warranty

Does anyone know if any of the stuff that you may already have registered gets counted?  I would hate to have my years of dedicated number/letter entry be lost.

For Europe it was limited to games that came with special codes but then again NoA doesn't **** you guys over that much.

Well, at least some of my stuff will carry over then.  I haven't physically typed in a Wii game registration code for a while now because once I linked my Wii to my My Nintendo account, anytime I played a game that could be registered, my Wii sent the info to the account.  I didn't think anything of it until now.

Neogaf unearth coin values of stuff:

* Registering a Wii or Nintendo DS game and completing a quick survey.
o Wii games = 50 Coins
o Nintendo DS games = 30 Coins
o Wii Shop Channel games and Wii Channels = 10 Coins
* Indicating your intent to buy a game. You'll earn 10 extra Coins after you buy it, register it and complete the survey.
* Registering a Nintendo game and completing a quick survey within 4 weeks of its launch. You'll earn an additional 10 Coins!
* Completing a Post Play survey that will be available within 4-6 after the release of a game. You'll earn an additional 10 Coins

Nintendo is actually employing a research strategy to the rewards so it's not just an avenue to bleed money -- they'll actually get more interesting data out of the operation.

I just checked my games and I have 260 coins.I have another Wii game but the code isn't printed on correctly.
I think we should list what games have the codes packaged with the games.I'll start.
Wii:Legend of Zelda:TP,Mario Super Sluggers,MP3:Corruption,Animal Crossing:City Folk,Super Mario Galaxy,SSBB.

DS:Brain Age 1,Mario Kart DS

If any other titles get listed I will add them to my post.

Seems like such a short list... what's funny is that the picture on the main Club Nintendo page shows Super Mario 64 DS as a game to register...

My account shows Zero points as well, and it won't let me re-register a game on the list that I've already registered.  I do hope this is temporary...

*EDIT* - Just re-read it... it says only those games listed will qualify for surveys... perhaps many other games can be registered?

Why don't my Wii Shop Channel games and Wii Channel downloads appear in my registered games list?
You must first link your Wii Shop Channel to your Club Nintendo account. Once this link is created, the Virtual Console games you download from that point on will automatically be added to your list of registered games. Please note that even if this link has been created, it still may take up to an hour for your downloaded games to appear in your list of registered games.

I registered, it says I've got no points like everyone else. I linked my Wii to my account the day I set it up. Hopefully this will all pass because I had a ton of stuff registered and I feel the same as everyone else.

Go into the "My Account Settings" tab. On the left there's a little "Products Registered" list, which you can click on to get a full page list of all the products you've registered. I have about sixty things on that list, but no coins.

The site also routinely logs me out as I browse from page to page, so hopefully if we give them some time they'll patch everything up.

Good call!  I also have 60-odd games are listed there, so all is not lost.  Now I just need to look a little closer to figure out if I'm missing anything.

@Luigi: Not sure what that has to do with my problem. :b  I can't even log in.  It just goes "Hay click 'Join Club Nintendo' to transfer ur My Nintendo account!" which I already did.  I'm just gonna wait 'til the dust settles.
